10/10 would recommend! We moved into a house with a pool that needed some love including a new liner, salt chlorination pump, and a new motor. They showed up when they said they would, installed a new liner and pump, and on one of the busiest weekend of the year (4th of July), our motor stopped working and they showed up first thing on the 5th, and replaced it. I don’t know what the bad review clients were talking about, because my experience has been exceptional.

Justin is more than happy to take your money but will leave you with a pool thats leaking due to their own negligence. We paid for our inground pool to replastered, new tile around the top and coping. They opened it, (after filling with my own hose until they could coordinate their water delivery) and it had a leak! No one could figure it out so now were left with a leaking pool we paid for up front. Our pool has been maintained and functioning since the 70s. It took only this company to cause a problem which I have to hire another company to fix. I strongly do NOT recommend.

Our pool has had several problems which have been ignored. They either don’t answer or are very rude and nasty when we try to get a resolution. We were told that they don’t have time to fix out pool.Be warned...

On-time, prompt, and cleaned my pool efficiently (really quickly actually) not to bad if ya ask me!

Very similar experience. I called to confirm an overdue scheduled appointment and Trond said well if my schedule doesnt work for you then I dont work for you and hung up. Absolutely unacceptable to treat people that way! He doesnt deserve any business.

I am so disappointed by this company! I was just calling to verify a previously scheduled appointment to open my pool. I was told by the person who answered who I assume was the owner that I am not looking for work right now. I dont need to schedule anyone new I tried to clarify that I was just trying to confirm a previously scheduled appointment and he blew up on me and hung up.So I still dont know if I am still on their schedule but I can guarantee they will not be touching my pool after being treated this way.

Worst customer service. Extremely rude. He wants to send you a proposal and then you pay $500 before he even looks at your yard.
