Would give 0 stars if I could. Have made numerous, and I do mean numerous calls to Jonathan and this company. 1st call, was told they would come and take a look at problem in 2 weeks but would call first. Never got a call. Thats when we started making numerous calls and leaving messages. Have yet to get a response from any message. This was to look at a player piano and technicians are few and far between it seems. Klutz was recommended to us by a US Senator who has used them before. Boy are they sorry they ever recommended them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company delivered a piano to us from NorthCarolina to us in Tennessee but forgot the bench. They said they would ship it to us and never have. Over the past three years I left numerous voicemails. sent emails and even letters without any return. I would not trust them with anything.

I was privileged to get a guided tour of their facility. Thick with history, the knowledge and old school skills are unmatched. Quality and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend Kluttz for service, rebuilding, purchasing a new or used piano, or just good advice.They are the bomb-diggity of pianos!
