Asked for an estimate and found one of their guys roaming around my back yard unannounced. Thought I had professional service arranged, but when I asked what they were going to do, it was apply lime in the middle of the summer. Refused to apply in fall after aeration as recommended by the vast majority of lawn care professionals. Seem to be in business to take my money and please themselves, certainly not their customers. I cancelled before spending this much money for substandard service.

We started with WeedMan of Salisbury in November of 2020. We got a late start in the season, but they were professional, informative, and we began to see results immediately. Andrew was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions as a new client who had never had this type of service before. Unfortunately, our area was recently acquired by WeedMan of Lake Norman and the service went down hill fast. We will be canceling WeedMan and looking for another service in our area. Thanks to the Salisbury location for the great work while it lasted. If you are in their service area, I definitely recommend them!

Weedman did a great job on the yard.

Horrible service and very unprofessional. Our yard is completely filled with feed and we have been using this company since the beginning of the year. When I called to tell them that we are getting new weeds that werent here before I was told that they can not get all the weeds. We were told something different when we decided to give them our business. They are very rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your lawn. You will be spend your money without any results to show for it.

Started as a great service but that was scheduled every quarter but then they changed to every month (no notice). When I called to asked the lady about the service she was very rude. Please watch your self.

Initial consultation...not. Lawn service initiated without a consult, had no idea they were even here or that they treated anything! We were home the whole time with the back patio door wide open and never saw a soul! The only way we knew they had come was a flyer that said they treated and an invoice on my lawn analysis. Called the phone number on the flyer...evidently thats how they run things there, ninja style. No opportunity to ask questions and discuss their service, poor form weed men!
