Loved the work by Derby Downs on my lawn. They respond quickly to email and texts and give sound recommendations to lawn care services. Appreciate the level of detail given to cuts and edging. Customer service is excellent. Would recommend.

This was the worst place I could have ever hired to do my lawn. I should have just paid the ten year old boys around the corner that knocked on my door. Owner had a terrible attitude when I expressed my concern about how terrible my yard looked. If there was an option to leave zero stars I would have.

This company is new to the lawn care scene and it is because of this I feel that they could work on better communication with clients and potential clients such as myself. So After reaching out to them for an estimate on getting mowing edging trimming and blowing done on a 2wks basis I was informed that someone would come out to look over our yard and give us a price quote. Well I waited and no one showed. I later messaged Mr. Tony and was informed that he had driven by and looked at the yard and he then at that time gave me a price quote. The quote was reasonable. I scheduled the service for the next day. No one showed I messaged Tony and he informed me that someone would come out on that next day which was Friday Nov. 5th Now upon our original messages we had requested services for every two weeks. Mr. Tony some how forgot that we requested to have services done every two weeks. So instead of our lawn being serviced yesterday he informed me that someone would be out first thing Monday morning but that doesnt work for us so I requested to have the lawn serviced on Saturday. Havent heard back from him as of yet but theres still plenty of time for him to get back to me. The only recommendation I have for anyone looking for lawn care service is this. Be sure that the company has a good reputation and that they communicate effectively.

Great dedication and pride taken with each of their customers’ Yards and landscaping to ensure it looks great and green. Honest, dependable and hardworking. My yard looks great! Very happy.
