I am no longer able to keep up with the general cleaning of our larger home. I Googled cleaning services and The Cleaning Authority was the first that I contacted. Their response was immediate. I find their services are relatively dependable. The beginning visits were a little confusing as we worked threw a changing schedule. But we are on track now and Im settling into the routine. I find that the teams that come to clean are not always the same people, thus, some are better than others. All-in-all, it has been a good experience and I plan on continuing with their services.

My kids were so tickled about how they did their rooms. They added in little details like putting Xbox controllers on chargers and rearranging stuffed animals in cute ways. This is definitely the best service I have ever used! I appreciate each team who has cleaned my home. The house is left spotless. We also have a lake home which is closed for the winter. I also used Cleaning Authority to deep clean this house. The house has never been this clean and I will definitely have the same service in the Spring. The prices are reasonable and I could not be more pleased!

We just had our first clean and I am very pleased. My house is sparkling. The girls were kind and professional. (And wore masks.) We will be using them on a biweekly schedule for sure. This was the fifth time I have used this cleaning service and I have been not very happy the first four times but todays two employees were super. They looked at the areas that I was concerned about and agreed with me that they had not been cleaned properly. I will continue to use this service as long as I have these two ladies return.

Megan & Elizabeth did a great job! I’m very picky about my house cleaning & I could only find a few minor things I feel they missed..missed a cabinet or two to wipe down, missed a small area mopping the floor. However, it was 2000 sq.ft. of total detail to clean and their first time here! My house is ready for the holidays!! Thank You!

The cleaning authority cleaned my home from top to bottom and did an awesome job. Jennifer and Brittany were wonderful and cleaned areas that had not been cleaned in a long time. They were great!!!! I am very happy with my house clean!!! Thank you cleaning authority!!

Staff uses a methodical system to hit top to bottom, deep clean and standard clean areas of home on a systematic routine, which I like. Been with TCA for years, dependable, and accountable. Overall great value!

My mother called her house after their cleaning today pristine and spotless. I can always tell when theyve cleaned because her house smells fresh. They are friendly and prompt.

I have no idea how their cleaning is but they scheduled an appointment for an estimate and didnt show or call. When I called the national number, they said that they showed and no one was home. I know that there were three people there. No one called to inquire why no one was home. So, they are unreliable and dishonest. The woman even suggested that she was at the wrong address. Two questions, if so, why not call? and if not, why just stick to the original story? I suggest you dont waste your time.

We have generally been very happy with this service. All the women weve had have been pleasant and wanting to please. I would have given the Cleaning Authority 5 stars, except for two things; one is that they seem to have a big employee turnover, and two is because we want to have the same team for every cleaning, and they dont seem able to accommodate us re/that. Hoping theyre able to fix that soon.UPDATE: We stayed with the Cleaning Authority for a few years on and off, but as time passed the less happy we were. They sent us too many new people, and we never knew who to expect. Too many things were broken, which I believe is due to their hurrying to finish. Their arrival times varied ... and little by little we began to see that the cleaning was not what we were promised. Our home was “motel” clean...just given a quick once over, like one finds in middle of the road motels. Our showers had mildew on the shower heads, hoses and on the tile walls. They don’t use Clorox or anything that removes mold; nor do they use anything with a scent or a disinfectant. It was evident that the bathroom floors were mopped, but the corners of the tubs and showers were full of dust and bath powder. Originally we were told they would be here for approximately 3 1/2 hours, after their first deep cleaning. Before we decided to find someone else, the office manager called saying they - the crew - were taking too long at my house. My husband and I seldom stayed at home when they were here, so I asked how long they should be here. The answer was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. NOT what we’d been told previously! This house is almost 3000 square feet. Apparently they’d cut the time without telling us, and then wanted to charge us more! Found someone else...MUCH happier!
