I was referred to Beltone in Salisbury, MD by Hear in America a benefit for Retired Teachers in Maryland. My experience with Charles Lednum, III has been a good one. It took some time for testing my hearing and tweaking it after receiving my hearing aids. One hearing aid was returned to factory for repair, and the process went smoothly. Charles retested my hearing since it was one year since purchasing my hearing aids. The hearing aids were adjusted for current hearing loss. I am enjoying the use of my hearing aid and remote. It is wonderful to hear well now in many different environments and using the programs within my hearing aids to adjust to noisy environments as well. I especially enjoy having a small remote where I can regulate my hearing for different environments and never have to adjust from the hearing aids themselves. Charles has maintained my hearing aids by cleaning them periodically and making adjustments. I am thankful for his concern and care about my hearing and his many hours to tweak my hearing aids well so, I have maximum hearing available now. Was referred to Beltone Lednum hearing by ReSound. They take time to listen to your concerns and hearing issues. Setup the proper aids to help with the hearing issues for me. After a slight change in volume adjustment the hearing aids have worked great. Purchased in March 2019.

Bought my hearing aids in 2018 (1 year ago). Key reason was the advertised quality and the blue tooth capability with my I-phone. the aids have lived up to the advertising. I have been impressed with the knowledge and the friendly approach of the individuals who service my aids.
