Contacted them about the gutters on my house that were installed by them in 2017 because the water isnt flowing properly overtop of the leaf guards. Was told by Shane that they didnt install the leaf guards (My Ex said they certainly did). Mind you my back gutters are more that 30 feet from the ground. I didnt crawl up there and install them myself nor have I hired anyone to install them. Was told for $250 they can try and fix the problem. Seriously?? I also asked 2 weeks ago for a call back from the owner.... Im still waiting!! Seems to me their more worried about money than the problem. Ive been waiting over 2 months for a resolution.
