Visited shop today and got a tour. Very friendly staff. Clean facility and office.

The sweet lady in the office I’m terrible with names but she is so helpful. The staff are simply great. One gentleman on our route makes sure my little 2 year grandson sees the truck and hears the horn blow. He waits in the windows or yard for the big greeting and horn. Their service is just awesome.

The office manager is the sweetest and nicest person you will ever meet or know. I have never interacted with any of the staff but if they are like her, they are pretty awesome.

I decided to go with a cheaper company, as it was five dollars less than RGS. So I called RGS to come pick up their waste container. My new can was sitting there, I guess they got upset that I went to a new company and dumped the trash all over the driveway. There was glass broken, and waste all over the driveway. I have children and they could have gotten hurt. The only reason I gave them one star is because there is nothing lower that. Do not go with RGS.
