Lady at front desk very nice, pleasant. The proctor who took me back was rude and acted like she didnt want to be there. When I finished my exam, I raised my hand as instructed, waited 10 minutes with my arm in the air facing the computer the whole time. I put my arm down. After approximately 7 minutes she came over to my chair and chastised me for not putting my hand up. I told her it was up for 10 minutes and my arm was tired! It was only after she saw my passing results that she became pleasant. I realize they have rules and procedures to follow but they can be pleasant about it.
