The Worker that was out there in the hot sun pouring sweat was very nice and the manager or whatever he was that was sitting in the nice cold AC was very rude...thats crazy huh? Oh Well.... I hope one day the worker owns his own shop and Big boy in the office can Break A Sweat Outside And learn Humbleness....That Is All I Have For Now

We were on the way to Carowinds to go camping, when we had a tire blow out on our camper. We were lucky enough that we ended up on the off ramp next to this business. They did not have the tires we needed in stock but sent someone to pick up 4 tires for us and as soon as the tires were there they immediately put them on for us so we could be on our way. They were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond for us!

Got me right in, and repairs were done quickly.Update: 3 used tires I bought lasted less than a day. My luck. The two brake chambers they replaced, was only partially replaced, and on started leaking a week later.

Better go just across street, there is a Loves truck shop and they can fix your truck, otherwise, this guys will overcharge you and you will throw your money for nothing. Try to avoid

Try to avoid this guys, they will find out how to steel your money and charge you something that they even didn’t fix. Instead of couple of hundreds $ you will be charge couple of thousands dolars.

They have always done a good job at reasonable rates. The fact they are always busy speaks volumes of their workmanship.For me they have repaired air brake lines, PM, tires, brakes, inspections, etc. on F550 gas, F650 diesel.

I paid over $400 to replace a hose that had a leak in it, they charged my company for 2 1/2 hrs of labor ( TOOK THEM 10MIN).Dont ever breakdown on I-85. NC will financially abuse them pockets. Oh, and to get towed for under 10 miles will cost at least another $400 BIG ONES!!! FOH..

Ask anybody who is from NE, used to their mechanics’ and used to maintaining their truck the right way, about “southern” mechanics and the response will be very similar to: “they are slow and unskilled parts-changers”.Some shops do charge less per hour than the dealer but bill you for more hours - which equates to the same or higher $bill than what a dealer would have charged you for the same work anyways.Therefore, one should not solely gauge a shop based on their hourly labor charge, as I know a place that charges more per hour than any dealer and there is a wait to get - in, with local dealers and other cheaper shops loosing clients to those guys. Reason is simple, $ overall price along with fast/faster turn around and not having to do, and pay for the same/similar work again = future savings and less headache.As far as my take on this shop, now that you know a little bit on my “stance”; they have not gave me a solid enough reason not to use them. Clean shop, friendly people.As a recommendation, or what I would like to see: little bit faster on a turn around times would be nice, more attention to detail - do not want to go over the repair my self and double checking the work, wiping-off/cleaning dirty fingerprints off the paint is also a big plus.They are located over one hour drive for me, I do use their services and I’d use them again if need to.

I work for southern-style transportation. I am stuck on Monarch mountain in Colorado. I recently had a carrier bearing changed at the shop on 6-3-2020. I called them to explain to them that they mounted the carrier bearing in the wrong two holes, I was wrong about that....the bearing or part was actually not the correct part. UPDATE 6/27/2020 $2400.00 LATER not counting hotel and food THEY USED THE WRONG CARRIER BEARING! Thereby causing the drive shaft to be slightly out of alignment in turn causing it to beat completely out at 60 mph, dropping the driveshaft, throwing the yoke across a field, beating the tanks up and tearing both shut-off valves off. Thank God it didnt hit anyone or cause any prooerty damage. Its a mistake that could have cost me and anyone that was driving around me our lives.

Had my air compressor replaced by them. When I first got there I got a quote of under 1,000$ for parts and labor. When it was finished they charged me almost 1,700$. Labor rate is 90$/hr which seems extremely high. Overall they did let me sleep in my truck and drove me to the nearest truck stop which was nice of them. They are just way too expensive.

I have nothing but good to say about these guys. I have been a technician for over 20 years and a company owner for about 2. There were some honest mistakes made but, I found nothing dishonest about them. They were up front and offered multiple options. There were items that they did not charge me for. The way they do business is the same way I ran mine. They were passionately against dishonest or inadequate technicians. They took good care of me and my driver. Recommended and drove my driver to a hotel. I am a NC company and will use this garage as my go to place, as I do not service trucks any longer. From all of my years of experience I tell you, do yourself a favor, and use these guys.

I was here few days a go replaced three fuel injectors when they got done with the job the bill was almost $6,000.00 ...I asked them why its so high they told me each fuel injector are $1,450.00 ...i paid my bill and left then as a curiosity I called Peterbilt to find out if its a true ...peterbilt dealer told me that the injector are around $1,400.00 But I get $325.00 back for each injector Core total of $975.00 back...basically these people stole my money intentionally and deliberately...they are nothing but a con Artists and thieves.... after my experience I believe most of these reviews are fraudulent done by their friends and family ... I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING MY TRUCK HERE ....I AM GOING TO TAKE THE TRUCK TO DEALER TO FIND OUT IF IN FACT THEY ACTUALLY REPLACED THE INJECTORS WITH ORGINAL OR CHEAP AFTER MARKET PARTS ...IF I CAN PROOF THEY PUT AFTER MARKET PARTS AND CHARGE ME FOR ORGINAL PARTS I WILL TAKE MY CASE TO FBI .... TO OPEN A FRAUD INVESTAGATION AGAINS THESE HARDCORE CRIMINALS BECAUSE ITS NO ROOM IN THIS WORLD FOR CRIMINALS SPECIALLY STEALING MONEY FROM POOR HARD WORKING TRUCK DRIVERS ...THEIR NOTHING BUT THIEVES AND CON ARTISTS!!!!!!!!! I wish there is 0 stars for this shop. This people is just terrible they give me estimate of $3700 For Clutch replacement Next day I sent my mechanic he connected One disconnected hose in 5 minute And the clutch was perfectly fine. Customer service in this shop was terribly rude and unfriendly. If youre broke down Please do not trust this people they are bunch of Liars. They want rob me for $3700 for nothing shame on this shop!!!

Be careful with these guys I was 6 miles away from their shop I said I need jump bcz my batteries are dead the guy who picked up the phone he asked for $220 to come out from his shop SHAME ON YOU I called another shop it was 6.1 mile away from me they said they can do that for $100 ! Well they drove to my location and figured out that I need to change one of my batteries they went back they got it for me for all of this they charged me $180 and I got new battery
