My mom passed a couple years ago and they met and exceeded our expectations. So kind, thoughtful, and respectful ... from the moment of the call to let them know she had passed to the service held at the crematory. A beautiful positive experience I am so grateful for the love and care for my mom and our family.

I was very impressed with the service we had when my dad died.. Carolina Creamation were wonderful from the first phone call to the end of the memorial service. They called me before I could call them, they were very helpful and caring. To be honest We were going to use a local funeral home, but Changed our minds and glad we did. Thank you so much for taking care of my daddy.

I highly recommend this place. The night our father died was an extremely difficult time for myself and sister. They sent a fellow Vet who really reassured us with this process and made this difficult event more bearable. We were not rushed to say our goodbyes. When we were ready, they placed a flag head to toe over our father to roll him out. Very respectful.The cremation office was just as professional, patient, and answered all of our questions. They placed our mothers ashes with our fathers so that we did not have to do this task. Gave us guidance in spreading his ashes.Highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to the final pickup of my mothers ashes, the care and respect we received were beyond the highest standards of any other funeral home we have dealt with over the years. We were treated with so much compassion. When they arrived to take Mamas body, they gave us as much time as we needed to say one more goodbye. My father was so concerned that they would be putting her in a body bag (this is what he dealt with in Viet Nam), so when he saw the love of his life in a quilted body covering, there was a sigh of relief. And then they asked if we would like the sunshine on her face one more time as we left the house - she wasnt just a body to be covered up, she was a person being treated with kindness. They do not pressure you to buy any of their products (urns, services, etc), the costs for their services are very reasonable and most importantly, they listen to what you want and follow through with your wishes. Will took the time to listen to my father as he talked about his amazing wife - she wasnt a body, she was a person. I cannot express how appreciative I am for the care and concern we were shown at this most devastating time of our lives. We werent just customers, we were family/part of their community. In the last three months our family has experienced the loss of three family members. The staff at Carolina Cremation were so kind and compassionate they truly made a difference it what has been a difficult time for us.When my wife died at home and was removed for the final time in front of family members they allowed us to dress her and took her out of the house covered in a floral quilt, it looked like she was sleeping. They showed her the utmost respect and showed a genuine caring for the family present.Little did we know we would need their services again so soon. This month my Son and my Son-in-Laws Adult Son both died in a car accident. Once again the staff of Carolina Cremation were there for us . Their care and compassion for those we lost as well as for those left behind were again amazing. The care and compassion they show is genuine and I am grateful they were there for my family.
