Amazing service, excellent price - Mark was terrific! He was able to fix my old laptop (it was not fried like the big box store guys said!) and move all my data to my new laptop. I highly recommend Dimension X and will use them for any other computer issues in the future.

Hello. My experience with Mark Carroll has been phenomenal. Not only is he courteous and timely, but he knows what he is doing and he does it extremely well. I have dealt with other computer repair companies and Dimension X has by far been the best, due in great part to Mark. I need no other computer repair company ever again. I will stick with your company for as long as I need to. He came to me as a referral from my mother. Thank goodness she needed him and was able to refer me to Dimension X. It is a great company with a great employee, Mark. I have also referred him to several other people I know. He is also very trustworthy. Please let him know just how AWESOME of an employee he is. My desktop crashed which is the worst thing in the world because I work off of it most of the time. After calling several repair stores in the area to find out how much it would cost just to diagnose the problem I ended up setting an appointment with Dimension X because they were -by far- the most reasonably priced.The guy (Mark) arrived on time, was very down-to-earth, and is extremely knowledgeable about computers. He helped me get my computer fixed in no time.These guys definitely know their stuff and I would 100% recommend them to anyone with computer problems.

Dimension X is AMAZING! My computer was slow and freezing to the point where I couldnt do anything to it. I emailed Dimension X to ask if they could take a look at it and I received a reply very quickly. I scheduled to drop off my computer and within 2 days, I was in contact with Mark and he told me that my hard-drive was completely ruined. Mark was able to help me choose which one I liked and I received a quote. I got another phone call 4 days later to let me know my computer was ready for pick-up. I got my computer home and I have never been happier. My computer is running better than ever. If I ever have another issue, Dimension X is where I will go.

When our server crashed two years ago we asked Mark Carroll of Dimension X to recover our lost data and set us up with a new system. Marc Carrol is amazing. Let me start off by saying that in law school your laptop is your lifeline; all of your exams are done on it, it is what you use in class to take notes, and all your assignments are done on it. My laptop was special to me as it was a gift from a local attorney who recently passed away and he helped me buy it for law school.My laptop got destroyed by corrupt software when I was doing an externship at a local law firm and had to download the software of a local IT company. After my externship the other IT company refused to fix it to the way it was, and when I returned to law school the laptop was unusable. Exam times were approaching and my ability to achieve excellent grades in law school were at risk due to a laptop that was sure to crash in the middle of the final.I cried and cried, what am I going to do? I asked myself. I took the laptop to multiple IT people near my law school in Idaho, but nobody could fix it. It was too late in the semester to buy a new laptop and have all the data transferred; every hour of every day in precious during these times of the semester. I decided to call Marc Carrol, and sure enough he came to my rescue.Marc was able to get into my laptop remotely all the way from Salisbury. I go to law school way out in Boise Idaho. Although I couldnt see him, I know to this day Marc was wearing a superhero outfit and cape at the other end of the link. He was able to get my laptop to a semi-functional state so that it wouldnt crash during finals, and when I got home he restored my laptop to better than it was before.Now the law firm I work for ended their contract with the other place and hired this guy. If you need the best IT in the world for a fraction of the cost of other companies, this is your man.
