THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. IF YOU DONT HAVE AN BANK ACCOUNT OR YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO OBTAIN AN I.D AND YOU NEED TO CASH A CHECK, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. All you need to do is create an account with them as long as you have a social security number and they take your picture. They dont require I.D. They take your social. I got help from a lady, i think her name was ashley or sheila. I cant really remembe but she was really really nice.

I love going to this place. Mrs. Sheila is the best! I am always welcomed with a warm smile. The customer service that I receive is remarkable because if either one of us is having a bad day, we tend to atleast bring a smile to each other faces even if its for a split second. You would be surprised at how long that split second truly seems because its at the right timing. Its hard to go places now a days and not be rushed in and rushed out. She is a true inspiration to me because I had conversation that I didnt feel like talking to others due to bias opens do to personal matters and she will hand it to me real. Sad thing is up until today I always had a good experience. But today my husband went in there to cash his stimulus check and was treated horribly. He was told he was ignorant because the marking call he got last week to let him know we could cash our stimulus checks with them was only for last week when they called. And it no longer applied to this week or any following weeks. She complained about barely having enough money to cash the check. Now I doubt very seriously your marketing callings were only for the week in which you called. Knowing that people get these checks at different times I would imagine its good at least for a few weeks if not months. We use to come in all the time and I would recommend your business to my friends and family but if this is how you are allowing your employees to treat your customers we are going to have to find a new place to conduct our business. This was truly unacceptable and I hope this gets cleared up!

This was not my first visit to Ace. Each time that I have gone into Ace. I have been met with nothing but helpfulness and kindness.

I am excited to cash my check every time I see Tilecia in the window! As I am greeted she addresses me with a friendly smile and bright demeanor. I feel welcomed and educated about all ace account features. I now only pay my bills and get money orders because it’s cheaper now that I have an account. When Tilecia is there she handles her business and I never wait more than 10 mins if there is a line! Awesome experience!

Sheila is the most disrespectful, inappropriate, unprofessional, and patronizing employee I have encountered in years. She has no manners, no knowledge of customer service, no knowledge of bank and business requirements, and no qualification to operate a business. I called to verify a check for one of my employees, and she hung up on my employee two times and on me once. She called the individual (adult) a petty child and hung up on her, repeatedly lying about telephone verification and refusing to assist her. This business will not be able to sustain operations by retaining an employee like Sheila. The reviews on here cannot be closer to the truth: Sheila is not the type of employee any business would want to have: rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory.
