They are my go to for digital media needs - they have transferred media from VHS, Super-8, and even a 40-year old family heirloom reel-to-reel recording. Plus, they added a delivery service to my area, saving me a 3-hour drive each way to drop off and pick-up materials. Always professional. Superb service.

Truly poor customer service especially during this covid. I am an upcoming artist trying to get my prints out. Apparently there’s an discrimination on what they choose to print which isn’t even stated on there website. I put an order for prints as of Friday 5/1/2020 still have yet to see a proof or hear back from them. I’d recommend never going to them. If I could at least post with no stars I would. I’ve heard of art being subjective but clearly this takes the cake. I didn’t know a print shop would care what someone gets done isn’t that what your in the business for. They act like I’m promoting their company it’s ridiculous.
