What an amazing transformation of kitchen and bathroom. With Ally’s help and ideas we replaced Formica to a granite countertop. So many choices but when done looks phenomenal.Replaced bathroom sinks, faucets and floors. Also replaced floor in kitchen and dining area. Great job, done on scheduled time, cleaned up and very minor repairs.One hiccup under a sink but they never gave up and all taken care of.Don’t think twice this is an professional business that respect its customers.

EXCELLET IN ALL AREAS! We recently purchased a condo in Ocean City that needed a major kitchen and floor renovation. We enlisted many estimates from different contractors but Kitchen Concepts was the most impressive by far! Their detail with design, there willingness to work with our ideas and overall knowledge of the business was amazing. Mike Donahue and his staff, Luke and Corey were just amazing to work with. Phone calls, e-mails and texts were answered quickly and there was a clear schedule for the project so we knew exactly when things were being installed and what was being done each step of the way. The job was completed in the time frame they promised and the budget that we agreed on. We can not say enough great things about them and would highly recommend them for any remodeling project!

Very helpful now to the design and installation

My wife and I were about 3 months pregnant when we approached Kitchen Concepts with our idea for our total kitchen remodel. The staff was extremely kind and understanding that we wanted a lot of work done in as little time as possible. We were apprehensive at first because of previous experiences with other contractors, but they provided us with 3D drawings, an itemized estimate for the work, AND a schedule before we even signed any papers. There were several items that we requested things outside of what they had in stock (white hexagonal floor tiles, whitewash tin backsplash, LED strip lights and under-the-cabinet power strips) which they were able to trace down and provide quotes for in such a way that we were able to make informed decisions and it didn’t hinder work that was already in progress. When the supplier of the white tiles said it was going to take 3-4 weeks to get the floor tiles shipped, the main foreman drove across the Bay personally to pick them up and drive them to our house.During construction, the laborers, tradesman, and other workers were extremely respectful of both our house and our landscaping. They maintained a plastic barrier that helped keep a lot of dust and debris contained for the duration of the heavy demo/construction. They were also very respectful of our animals and kept us up to date with planned work such that we wouldn’t have a dog-sitter lined up on a day that they weren’t performing any work. If we came home and they were wrapping up for the day at least one of the worker would tell us what they did that day and what they planned to do tomorrow. If any issues or questions came up, we were contacted immediately and were able to troubleshoot anything real-time to make sure we didn’t lose a day of work on the house. A lot of the workers were in-house folks that worked directly for Kitchen Concepts, so we had continuity on quality of the work done as well as seeing familiar faces everyday. If anyone new was coming to the house we were told their name, the times they would be at the house, and the scope of the work that they were doing.A major part of this project was the tile flooring and how it is toothed into the hardwood floors of the dining room. This provided a real challenge for the team to tackle. We were able to work out a solution to make sure the tile was level with the hardwood floor. However, they weren’t confident that they could do the work for toothing the hardwood into the tile and suggested we use a previous contractor to do the work. Both Kitchen Concepts and the flooring contractor were able to collaborate and work seamlessly together to give us a stunning floor exactly as we imagined it.I can’t speak highly enough about the courteous staff and skilled craftsmen that made this project not only possible, but also RIGHT ON TIME. The quality of the work done on our kitchen was both reasonably priced and skillfully executed. Had I known that they also did bathrooms, I would have had them remodel both of mine instead of the folks I originally hired (another local company in Salisbury).
