Great service that was quick and no long wait... IF you paid and reserved your spot online. The setup was streamlined - I pulled up and parked. A representative came to the vehicle masked up and confirmed my appointment and order, and then took my keys. All together it was a 40 minute experience with 10 minutes waiting to pickup my vehicle. All staff were responsive and willing to assist. We will be back!

This was my first experience with Discount Tire. I ordered my tires on a Saturday. They called me the following Monday to let me know my tires had came in. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 Saturday Morning since I have to work Monday through Friday. Went in Saturday Morning they were pretty busy but they were working hard to get everyone scheduled and ready. They put my tires on and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. It was a great experience knowledgable staff very customer oriented. I love the set up. They get you in and out in a hurry.I also ordered a set of rims that will be here this week. I will be going to get those soon. Stay posted ill update you on that soon.

Take my car in this morning to have a nail in the repaired. The team here in Salisbury took care of me at no charge. I would like to call out my car is new so the tires are from the factory. Discount Tire still did the repair free of charge. I was told by the team this is a standard process they do. What a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated. Always professional. Local store closed so I sought out a small tire store, bad decision, tires were noticeably out of balance at hwy speeds. Returned to Discount Tire, they balanced and found that some weights were 180 deg out of phase and no outside stick-on weights were mounted. Discount fixed it all. I learned the hard way. All my business will be with Discount tire from here forward.

Treated me very well. They fixed my tire that wasnt holding air. No charge. But I did tip the young man. I could have been in trouble. They probably could have pushed 2 sell a tire. But they didnt. They r terrific.

I went to buy a new tire and walked in one person in line and they just talked about everything but tires for about 7 or 8 minutes I got tired and just walked out dont think they need my money oh well,I went to a nice little station very good group of people on the outskirts of Stokes ferry road and 52 they welcome me and said will take care of it put my new tire on got it from Walmart they had a 4-Hour wait so I chose these guys I will go back to them again if needed.

Not a lot of services for a tire shop. They dont have an alignment rack. I thought every tire shop did alignments, I guess not.

Nice guys do a good job. If something is wrong they work hard to make it right i drive 45 mins to get there.

Been here for 2 hrs and 15 minutes to have 1 tire replaced.After waiting 2 hours I ask an associate about my car. With attitude he tells me that they have appointments booked all day… I get that, but 5 people with tire problems came in after me and have already gone.This with out a doubt be my last visit to this place.

Dagoberto Pocasangre helped us buy 4 brand new trailer tires. It was an emergency situation. We had just bought a trailer on Craigslist. We got one mile down the road and noticed one of the tires was going flat. Pulled into Discount Tire and discovered we needed four new tires. He helped us out, was very nice, affordable prices, lobby was clean and observed the distancing issues. We would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of tires!!! Very Good Experience!!! Really nice group of workers I went in for tire balance and rotation but, found out my tires where going bald they got me in and out within thirty minutes.

I showed up after calling the store first. I told them I would be there by 4pm. They said no problem they would get me taken care of right away. When I got there I sat for 45 min no one came out to help me. The guy behind me pulled right up and someone came out to his car. They put him in front of me. Then Tim the guy at the counter told me he may get me in today but I would be there for more than 2 hrs. The people in the bays were to busy talking about a corvette that seemed to be more important. Breadon was the only person willing to help me but, I still got no where. I will be talking to Scott the general manager when he returns from vacation next week.

Bought brand new tires from here less than a month ago. Tires basically went bald. Life and stress of COVID19 was keeping me busy. So my car hobbled down to Salisbury from Lexington and the salesman convinced me to get protection on my tires. I did and sure enough back to the present, we found a nail in my tire during my inspection. So glad I got the protection- and I am a frugal person. The same guy remembered us and the guys plugged up my tire. Well on my way now.

Had an appointment at 5pm. Richard & his crew still gave 100% right up until when I left which was just after closing time at 6pm. Treated very respectfully & Richard made sure to go over everything with me that I had questions about very patiently. Service was above & beyond.

Very competitive prices they actually will meet or beat most actual prices you get everywhere. Very professional. The only problem is that they do not patch or plug tires too much. Especially if the patch or plug is not in the tread area. They will patch and plug here it depends on where it is in the tire. They are very particular about plugs and patches. But this is a safety reason which I highly respect of them . However I found out about everybody is concerned with patching and plugging. So that seems to be a dying art that one may have to do by themselves as an individual. Sometimes simple service stations still offer this type of service. Back to the tire store their prices are very reasonable and they will order whatever tire you want to get. They seem to have a lot of the popular brands. They also have some brands that are smaller knock-offs that are not too bad. They sell Cooper tires very reasonable not a bad brand. And of course they sell the Goodyear the Michelin, Continental that everybody buys these days. These guys dont mess around they get you in and out because all they deal with is tires. Its nice to have a place like this in Salisbury where you can just deal with tires. Get a good price from somebody and they will try to beat it. This place and White tire seem to be very good places. You cant go wrong with either one these businesses in Salisbury. This place has different discounts for different things just ask them. These guys are very professional and wont pull your chain. Biggest thing I can say that I like about them they dont mess around get your tires and youre out and if you dont like your tires just take them back with no questions asked. One heck of a warranty and customer service.

A super busy operation, but they still provide excellent service! Richard spent a LOT of phone time searching for my trailer tires, found them(!), had them shipped in promptly and scheduled installation ahead of my deadline. Great communication, BTW! Then, on one of our highest temp/humidity days, Brandon did the R & R -- a very professional, neat job plus he made me aware of option (no pressure) to replace shoddy OEM lug nuts, included pressure valve stems to handle the higher rated/PSI tires, and made sure that the lugs were torqued to mfg.s specs. Covid 19 challenges mean an extra hassle for all of us, but Salisburys DT has their act together to provide a comfortable, efficient tire-buying experience in spite of. Not my first visit, and wont be my last.

Yesterday, I had a tire that was very low. I had been dealing with it for a week or so, but yesterday I needed to take care of it. Thought Id have to leave it and get a ride to work, etc. Always such a pain during a busy week. I showed up at 8am and had THE NICEST greeting and assistance from a very professional team. Back to work at 8:30 with a patched tire. I could not quit thinking about the EXCELLENT customer service, friendliness, and competency. It made my day!

I have been working with this company for about 10 years. I purchased the last two sets of tires from their competitors. They have been $100 higher or more the last two times I have called them. Of course they will match the price but why should I have to call their competitors and get prices For them to match. I want the best price when I call.

I generally go to the Discount Tire in Winston Salem, however this morning I was headed back to where my family moved to in Georgia. My morning had gotten a much later start than I had wanted, but I am glad I did. My tire was losing air faster than I could stop to get air back in it. I had bought two tires at the location in Winston and they offered to warranty my other two tires that had come standard with the car. I am so glad I took that warranty. Today, I got a brand new front tire (and peace of mind) for less than 15 dollars. The staff was helpful and friendly. I won’t ever use another company to purchase my tires.

Great tires at a great price! I have always appreciated Discount Tire for their excellent service! When you get your tires, you get additional benefits such as free tire rotations every 6000 miles and balancing every other rotation! This store is very friendly and the staff is very informative! They convinced me to go to a mid-grade tire when I got tires last time. They will have to be changed again soon, but they went nearly twice as far as my last pair!

I have purchased 3 sets of tires from this particular location. They are always prompt, courteous, and fair. They never upsell for the sake of upselling. If they have a superior product to the one you want, they will suggest but not bully you into it.

I was so impressed with their work I brought my significant other vehicle in to get a brand new set put on and my best friend got her a set put on her car!
