My car was stolen from durham County and the guy that stole it went to Salisbury I was was able to track my iPhone and give the police the exact address so they got the guy and my car and had Crawford tow it I called to find out if they got my keys and if I had to pay th lady that answered the phone was very rude saying she didnt know if my keys were there or if I was going to have to pay she didnt know how much why am I being charged to get my car that was stolen I didnt ask for my car to be towed and idc what time it is u should know how much if its your job to answer the calls at night u should know alot more than you do im sure if the shoe was on the other foot u would be expecting to be able to find out anything to get your car back

Towed my car. Narrow driveway, tight turns. Guy put it down perfect

Upon the recommendation from another towing company in the Salisbury area, I called their shop on 6-25-18 and the guy who answered the phone said, We dont have anyone who can do that - tow my E350 boxtruck 26 miles. They can tow large vehicles, I was told, so I replied that I dont have to have it done today. His reply - Were all booked up. and that was it. I was friendly on the phone but obviously, they arent interested in my business. Im moving on to someone who wants to make money.
