I have been working with Wilgus Insurance for the last 17 years now and they have always done an outstanding job for me and my family. The staff is always so friendly when I either call or stop in and always seem to go the extra mile to make sure that I am comfortable with the policies I have. On several occasions, they have even called me to let me know about other companies or policies that they service that would either save me money or increase my coverage for the same amount I am paying. I have been with this insurance company 3 years now my policy got dropped once because I didnt give them my familys driver license info when Im on a completely separate policy and Im the only one driving the car not to mention every time I call to pay my bill I call about 5 times and nobody answers their phone so I have to go all the way across town to pay it... I am changing companies as soon as Im able to I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and they keep letting me down...

This place has been screwing my folks for at least 15 years. My stepfathers truck, a 2004 Ford 150, which was only 8 years old at the time, was burnt up in a fire and they gave him 2200$ with full coverage. No fines, no penalties, just 2200 bucks and it was the first claim every filed. Every month theres a cancellation notice even though the bill has been paid. Every 3 months theres a fine from dmv cause they report the insurance lapsed. However, EVERYTIME this happens its because they screwed up and not once has my folks paid a fine for this. I personally dont go with this insurance company and my parents are in the process of dropping them. Hope you have better luck.
