I often do not write reviews, but I love this insurance office. Always willing to help make things easier, are kind, and responsive! It really is the reason I don’t shop around. I’ve had two major claims with them and they have gone smoothly both times. 10/10 recommend!

I really would like to recommend the Jack Colbourne Allstate branch in Salisbury, MD; to anyone who is looking for quality service with great pricing, extremely knowledgeable and persistent agents. By comparison they offer more protection for the consumer at a lesser rate, than a company I’ve been with for 11 years with no accidents or tickets. A little about my situation, I bought a motorcycle and then a year later I moved out of state. Jenna is a wonderful agent, she is extremely friendly, has a great personality and is very knowledgeable in helping solve problems and finding the best solution. Honestly the entire team is a wonderful addition to have on your side. I highly recommend anyone to call the Jack Colbourne office and check your rates before settling down. I called the official number of Allstate insurance because I had some questions and concerns, one of them was about to cancel my insurance policy because I didn’t like the way I was being treated, when I called I got connected with the Allstate Team at Salisbury MD of Jack Colbourne and got connected with the agent Caroly Broca and I gave her my concerns and questions and she responded them and made me feel very comfortable and very satisfied with my insurance policy she told me about some discounts I didn’t know and some very good reasons why I should stay with my Allstate insurance policy. They had the lowest quote for home and auto insurance for myself and my wife. They always answer the phone and answer questions quickly. Plus, at Christmastime, they give away a free TV in a lottery among all their customers (and i won in 2019!). So yeah, theyre pretty awesome.

Heather Riggin is getting a big nod from me today. I have been with the company for 26 years and they have never let me down through car issues; house flooding; storm messes; life insurance changes; or just basic customer service.
