Ryan Weitzel and team are true professionals. They were very responsive and completed the work in a timely manner. Honestly I was surprised by the level of customer service as its hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend them for any of your crawlspace needs.

As a result of the extensive energy audit that FLC conducted, many of the recommendations have been completed in our home. The entire team at FLC was/is amazing. Strong focus on customer service, communication, and follow-up. Cant say enough about the professionalism they provide!

Great people and service

We had a serious carbon monoxide problem with our water heater. Ryan came out and not only identified this problem but identified numerous ways we could save energy. The energy work was done promptly and we were informed of energy credits that were available to us Due to his audit we proceeded to have a new water heater (tank less--our choice) installed. I would have no problem recommending an energy audit by Ryan even if you arent starting from a position where a problem exists. The long lasting bulbs we received throughout the house easily defrayed the minimal cost of the audit.

I made my home more efficient and reduced my bills by 15% My heat-pump runs less and my house is more comfortable. Plus I got rebates that lowered the overall cost by half.

My wife and I purchased a home in Centreville that had been vacant for a few years. It was built in 1980 and hadnt been insulated very well. We gathered numerous estimates and did a lot of research before settling on FLC. I dealt with Ryan from the start. He is very professional and it was clear from our first conversation that there are strong values at FLC concerning customer service. We hired them to insulate our attic and to condition our crawl space. They arrived on scheduled and worked consistently until the project was complete. They worked out a $2,000 rebate offered through the state and didnt justify hacking up there price because of it like a couple other companies had clearly done. They also didnt subcontract the work out. Ryan was present for the whole thing. They managed to get the house insulated like a new construction, twice as efficient as before. We have been living here for 5 months now and everything they did has been working. The crawl is so comfortable I dont even mind when I need to enter it. Lastly, in month one we had a pipe burst in a location near an outer wall. This was not the fault of FLC but I explained that I had assumed that area would be protected by the attic insulation they had installed. Ryan came in and built an insulation box around the at risk pipes and only charged me materials - less than $80. Cant recommend these guys enough.
