I made a appointment at this location in Salinas ca, From the moment I walked in I was greeted . I was asked to sit on the sofa and someone would be right with me . Roger came over and greeted me with a smile made me feel very welcome . My phone had been compromised ( my fault ) and I was very upset but he assured me that he would take care of me . I upgraded to the I phone 12 pro max and Roger went over all the Features with me . I ended up upgrading to unlimited talk and text after he showed me ways I can save money and have unlimited . I like the fact he did not rush through everything . I feel Roger is # 1 retail sales consultant and a keeper . He gave me his card and let me know to call if I have anymore questions just give him a call . . I’ve been with ATT. For over 18 years and will continue, Great customer service and Thank you Roger for all your help in this situation it made it so much more easier I now feel at ease, Plus I have a new phone !!! So the times Ive had to go into the ATT store (salinas location by Target), I always have all my issues taken care of, I normally do everything online or over the phone just because I have 3 kids and it makes it much easier not to bother anyone to babysit. I been lucky to not have any bad experience yet so at this moment I can give the 5 stars😀. Also just a FYI, I suggest to make an appointment before you go cause if you go as a walk in, appointments come first so it can make your wait a bit longer.

Had an amazing experience in store! After being given the run around on the phone with AT&T corporate office I came in to get help with a phone trade in. Jose was so helpful and welcoming. There was an issue with my trade in credit but Jose and Dana, the store manager, made it right so I got the full value of my trade in. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rate on my Direct TV and internet- and saved me $300 off my yearly rate!!! Honestly I have had bad customer service experiences with AT&T over the phone, more than once, and was ready to switch phone carriers. Jose and Dana just made me decide to stay with AT&T. I will definitely make more trips into the store with any other issues I need help with. Seriously best customer service ever!!!

I had an appointment at this location to upgrade my device. My appointment was 2 days ago. I waited for over 2 hours in my car and they said they would call me. I still have yet to receive a call. The staff was rude, nasty, not helpful and said if I didnt like it that I was welcome to go to another store; which I will be. Please, please everyone; for your own mental health and time value, do NOT go to this store. Management needs an overhaul and I still cannot fathom why they accept appointments when they allow those who dont in the store first. I stood outside for what seemed like forever. They said only 12 people (including employees) allowed in the store at a time. I counted and there were 21 people but I was still made to wait. They also allowed people in with no masks and no one was socially distancing.

The customer service associate kept being distracted by other associates . The associate did not give me the color I wanted or receipts for paying the taxes or accessories. Also, my phone was not fully activated.

Miguel is the guy he was able to help me buy a new phone and change to better plan were I would be able to take advantage of many offers for just a couple bucks more he was so nice to make sure I made the right decision on my purchase.

I went in to Salinas store to do even exchange on my phone charger. I received subperb service from Manager Fernando. He ended up pulling up all my accounts. He updated my services saving me lots of money and better services for cell phones, internet, and Directv! Totally unexpected. He was quick efficient and very courteous!

Highly recommend this location if you want service with a smile.Update: after 20 years with this company I will be leaving after I pay my current installments off. Very deceptive sales practice. I thought I was being helped by this store but just another shady sales pitch... this time with a smile. Very disappointing.Big corporations dont care about their customers and At&t is no exception.Suggest shopping elsewhere

I broke my phone and went in to make a claim. Francisco helped me with my claim and answered all the questions I had about my service and billing. I received great service from Samantha during my visit. She was very professional, friendly, and good with product and service knowledge. However this was the second time I have come in and the product I wanted to purchase was not in stock, and the store had very low stock on both items.Previously I have not had god experiences at this store due to one representative I believe her name was Alicia, she was not professional, flirting with her coworkers while she was assisting me, not knowledgable about what was in stock, and let me leave the store without making sure my device was connected to the network so I had to come back.

I am super impressed with my experience at the outdoor kiosk they had set up in the parking lot. They took care of my problem safely and efficiently. I thought I was going to have to wait in a stuffy room for help and was so relieved to not even have to go inside!

Went to the store to trade in a few devices and upgrade to newer phones. We waited a few minutes, but nothing egregious. Once inside we were helped out by Francisco who was uber helpful in explaining every bit of the process and was patient as we reconfigured our plan, added a line, traded in 3 phones, and set up 3 new devices. In the end, I felt like we walked out of the store with more than we anticipated and for less than expected. We were able to upgrade our service to a 5G plan with higher buckets of unlimited data (from 22 to 50gb), an additional line, HBO Max and a discount from AARP. About 24 hours in and Im in love with the new S20 FE. Its fast, shoots far better pictures than my S10+ did (both front & rear systems) and has a 120hz refresh screen that makes everyday use, scrolling through IG, browsing the web, etc., feel even faster.

Fernando really did help me and my family out the our new phones! Thank You Fernando! Kudos to Fernando. He gave us his all of 120 percent deserves a raise.
