Ive been going to S&H in Prunedale ever since they opened. I tried the UPS in Safeway once & their customer treatment is terrible. S&H WAS so much better in person. But last wk I went there & it was locked up tight. You could see through the doors the place had been stripped of furniture & everything. There was NO SIGN or explanation on the door. But when you call their number it says theyre still open. If they moved they dont say where. When you call their other number in Salinas it goes to a voicemail box. No idea whats going on, but I no longer would recommend them. Also their website link no longer worked on Google. Assume they just up & went out of business.

I have been filing with Selso for almost 10 years! Not once have I had an issue. They do get very busy every tax season, havent I said enough? Support YOUR community, the families who run their own business to support THEIR families and THEIR community. Support them while we have them. My husband and i been coming to this place for years now with no problem. If you want your taxes done right with no problem ask for Margarita shes the best professional and friendly.

From the moment I walked in, I had a bad feeling. It took at least a month just to get an appointment because my calls were never returned. I went into the office several times to try to connect with him. When I went in for my appointment, Sal was not friendly or professional. The office is dirty and unorganized. In a way, I was glad to have my taxes finally finished, but I just didnt feel right. Well, it is February and I still have not received my tax refund from 2012! After countless calls and trips into the office, another employee ended up helping me. Evidently, the tax return was never sent off last year. I asked for a refund (in between getting interrupted a hundred times) which Sal refused. Really??? BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! (My ex insisted on using this place, so it was not my choice! Im sure he regrets it now).

Sorry about the experience with S & H, but I am sure you are aware, that you had already done your return without your husbands permission and or cooperation. I just did a 1040x to fix your return.
