Worst place to go . Rocio Pantoja had done my paper work wrong and every time I try to get a hold of her she is never there !!! and no one seems to want to help.

I have had my taxes done by H&R for many years. Its all done in one day. I can just answer questions or provide forms instead of figuring out technical tax terms.

My tax lady was very friendly and knowlegable. I just moved to CA from WA state and she helped me figure out my taxes. I always went to the same person at H&R block in WA, so I thought id go here in CA and was happy! I believe my tax ladys name was Kathy i already rebooked with her for next year too. I would highly suggest to call and book an appointment with her she has over 20 years experience and will try to get you the most money back possible, she really cares about others.!

Call the office to contact Rocio Pantoja, the person who answered my call was very despotic and impatient, her name is Leonor, I asked her for information on some documents that I have wanted to obtain for years and she told me that I had to speak to another office and I said ok Give me a moment when I got something to write down and she with her lack of professionalism continued to dictate the information and I asked her to please slow down I asked her more than once she dictated the information very quickly I kindly asked her if I could dictate more slowly and impatiently I answer Hayy maam how sad to have to run into people like her when we urgently need your help! Ms. Roció Pantoja has been very kind and patient
