One of the things I dont like is that they say they are open from 7am to 5pm but they always close 15 to 20 minutes before 5pm. What service is that. Why not just say they close at 4:40. Other places if they say they close at 5pm or 7pm they DO close at exactly 5pm or 7pm. Bad service on that one.

If you can get lawyers or mediators to help you and your ex make agreements over visitation/custody, support, etc., you and your family should, and would be far better off.Good luck getting your support from them or trying to go through them to enforce an out of state case! What a mess!The Support collection unit, its staff, and policies result in far more harm than good for families that have to work with them. If you want to screw up your family and get the government involved in your familys lives for 18+ years, go with Child Support Services and become part of the system. Otherwise...AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Terrible agency! Automatic deductions are always late, and I get hit for late payments. The processing time is super slow. Majority of staff is unhelpful. Piss poor in my opinion.

Terrible. They say your case is almost complete then they go around and prolong it further and further. Next thing you know its almost a year and still NOTHING. not to mention nobody ever gets ahold of you or return calls/messages to let you know what is going on. Its better to just file yourself, get everything handled through court and THEN hand the case to them. Otherwise youd just wait and wait and wait
