MBS needs service personnel that can actually work on the equipment they sell or lease. With over 20 service calls to our business from your company over a 2 year period to make band aid repairs on a Konica/Minolta Biz Hub machine, we lost our patience and became irate. You in turn cancelled your contract and left us with a machine that we must pay 6 months of lease payments because your contract with the leasing company requires 120 days notice to cancel or it automatically renews.Your office staff, your sales manager and your general manager have all been very difficult to communicate and refuse to take responsibility for selling us a defective machine.I will make sure to re-tell this experience to anyone interested in a office equipment supply company and strongly suggest avoiding MBS
