This facility is not customer service driven. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for shoes recommended by physician it’s been about 4-5 months and every time I have an appointment the total keeps increasing. The original quote was $198 and after a few months to $678.The office assistants are extremely rude, speaking over the customer, not listening to our concerns and keep pushing the request to charge the Health Insurance, it’s no wonder most insurances don’t want to pay for this service if this is how they treat private paying customers, I can only guess how they treat insurances.I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone I know.
