I love that the water is good..

If I could put zero stars, I would. I was told that kids are not allowed inside the building, so they lost my business for the simple fact that my child was not allowed to go inside. Laundry is a necessity and children should not be discriminated against fow whatever reason they are not allowed inside thr building.

Clean and the staff was helpful

Looks like its under new ownership. New washers and dyers. Side loaders 4.5$, 7.5$, and 9$. Dryers 8 min / .25 cents. Also some older top load machines which are older but less expensive.Owner seems friendly. Snacks/beverages are pricey. I go regularly with no issues.

Zero customers service and support. Machines do minimum wash and dry and that is the %20 that work. Quarter machine just ate my $20. Thought i got lucky when i saw only 2 other people doing laundry. Now i know why. Extremely upset worst of all there are no employees to help right these wrongs. Should have stuck to my usual place.

Seek hygiene elsewhere. 13/46 (28%) dryers are broken or inaccessible. 23/35 (66%) regular washing machines are broken or inaccessible. 8/18 (44%) heavy duty washers are broken. 4/4 (100%) change machines broken. There is more metal recycling in here than anything else. Granny steals your money, then your soul.

Do not come wash here, its a robbery what they do, their machines programmed them to take a minimum of water and clothes do not wash anything, they just go around turning dry, and worst of all, their machines do not have, the asshole in charge here says that if you do not change a minimum of 30 dollars will not change anything, net is disgusting this mother, rightly so badly qualified.
