Super frustrating, always frustrating never satisfying. Why bother, get Dish or read, go outside, learn to woodwork, anything is better. Worst experience ever.

People are rude,will say anything to try and make a sale even if they haveto lie to you. when they sell a phone to you with supposedly wat they call insurance its a lie. They dont tell you the fine print upfront. Dont trust wat they say.

I went to pay for my bill and I was sent to a machine. I put my phone # in and it told me invalid #. We paid the bill like that before. So I was told by on of the customer service reps that I needed n account #. They couldnt just pull our name up on computer? So I had to go all the way home, couldnt find a bill then hey bubby go in and try to pay and they told him the same thing. pay and he is the one on the account. What do they do just stand around to greet you to say hello and then push you to a machine to pay? Nice people but come on it took us 5 times for them to take our money. What ever happened to do for the customer . And provide above and beyond customer service. Crazy!

Ever since they moved locations their customer service has improved. Sales associates are always friendly and are eager to help you with any questions you might have.

Long hold times over 30 minutes then calls are dropped. Rep I spoke to appeared inexperienced and to lack knowledge. I waited on the phone with this rep for close to an hour only to resolve nothing. My call was dropped.

Now i can get tv service for a reasonable price.

Jose Sanchez the manager of this store is a lousy rude person and for nothing professional I recommend that you avoid it if you visit this store.

I do not recommend it to me, it stole 100 dollars from a cable service deposit and that in a year they returned it to me. And it was a pure lie when I went to claim it, I told myself to wait another two months and until the date they dont want to pay me .. I hope they dont fall into a trap
