I love this gym! I have never walked into a gym/business and seen more people happy to be where they are. This gym is clean, it has all the equipment you could want, it has an outdoor element and the staff is exceptional! If you’re in the market for a gym do yourself a solid and check out Kai fitness!

I have been a member since 2013. The gym is clean, the equipment reliable, the staff is awesome and its just an all around fun place to workout. Iris and David Alessandro have worked really hard to provide an outdoor gym for us during this time of COVID. It just speaks to their dedication to their clients and our good health. Both David and Iris (the owners) have been tremendously supportive to my health, fitness and mental journey. The culture of their family owned business is nothing but love, care and integrity. Its important to them to provide a safe space for their members to grow physically and mentally. The facility is always clean and they make me feel comfortable because they follow all the safety guidelines and protocols. I feel a apart of their family. Kai Fitness has a variety of work out equipment and machines, and their staff, Vanessa and Lori is always courteous and helpful. I recommend to give them a call and ask about joining. I have been a member of Kai Fit for several years. This gym is always taking their members to the next level. There is a high level of professionalism and I have seen the staff make themselves available to all their members. I also have had the privilege of doing personal training with several of the trainers, there isn’t a trainer who disappointed. There’s been a high level of expertise in each of my training sessions. I feel so confident with my experience at this gym. The skills that I learned with my trainer at this gym I apply to my every day life. I’ve built a better life for myself due to the tools I have found right here at Kai Fit!!

I am very grateful that theyve been able to stay open during the pandemic. The atmosphere of the gym itself is open and friendly. The staff is always ready to help and most customers are as well. We all try to share what physical fitness knowledge we have.

This gym isn’t the biggest or most outfitted one in the area, but they employ some absolutely wonderful folks. They are always cleaning and laughing and joking with the members and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. The environment is positive and friendly and, most importantly right now, exceptionally clean.

Love Love Love this gym. The staff is always welcoming whether it’s your first time in or you’re a long-timer. They are also very knowledgeable so no need to be intimidated by any of the machines. Staff will gladly help. I always get a great workout as there are plenty of machines to work out every part of your body as well as free weights, kettle bells, bosu, ropes...simply lots of variety for every level.

Honestly, it’s a great community and friendly gym. I joined last year and it’s been such a great experience and through these hard times Kai Fitness has helped me get back to my active journey. Very helpful and amazing staff, who follow COVID protocols and practice amazing guidelines per the CDC. Thank you so much Kai Fitness! I appreciate your service.

Ive been a member for the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly and available if needed. This place is kept clean and is well equipped.Its been challenging during the shut down but I have enjoyed working out in the fresh air. I always recommend Kai Fit when Im asked where I work out.

I dig the flexibility and creativity that the staff have displayed during this this pandemic time. I have trained as some of the best golf and tennis clubs around and am a member of one such club in Mexico (Morelia ).
