Was bringing my trashes out as I forgot to bring them out and I heard the garbage truck and as I was bringing my trash can to the truck the driver looks at me and just hits the gas and drives away. They also leave trash on the floor if any falls out. Lazy rude drivers

I’m so upset with them. I have a huge yard with lots of lawn. When the yard waste is quite full, they dump some of the wet clipped all over the street by the boulevard. Result is wehave to get the hose out every week and wash out the gutter to the drain. We pay a lot for this service. Have 3 rather large cans. Maybe the driver will have to get out and empty it manually !!Jerry Kjeldgaard
The woman that “helped” me at the front window was extremely rude and raised her voice at me. She was very condescending, she should not be helping customers at all.
I called to call about one of my garbage bins being taken by the Garbage Truck. We spoke with the driver and he said he accidentally dumped it on his truck. He said he was going to call to replace it later that day. I called today and whoever picked up the phone had an attitude from the beginning. I provided my information and sge stated our bin was not taken by the driver, that in fact it was stolen. She said its common in Salinas, which I know. But the fact that we saw when the driver took it and he admitted to taking it, this lady was still contradicting was actually happened. If youre not have any customer service skills, dont work in a position where you deal with the public.
Upped the monthly cost for apartment trash service to 100$ a month. Company is a joke
Do they actually place you on hold this long on purpose????The hold time is absolutely ridiculous!!!! This is the same experience I get any time I call them and their online site is not user friendly it’s quite outdated.

Im so angry. Before I was annoyed at the price for a small 32oz can but I had assurance that I recycled more than I threw away but with the last bill they are no longer going to be recycling most things i.e. plastic containers of any kind, glass, aluminum foil, wax treated paper... guess whos showing up at the next city council meeting?With all it took to get us using renewable energy in out county and now Im finding out all these limitations on recycling. Well you are only as good as your timed contract. Its time Salinas CA finds a new refuse/recycling company
I can not express how happy I am that I no longer need this service.! Talk about rude service . Every month I would go in to pay my bill I was told I had to pay it online or over the phone. Some people dont understand that paying in person with cash is how some customers like to do things. I had called and left a complaint about it months after feeling this the service lady was rude everything and finally I went in with no problems. Now that I have ended the account with them, they owe me money and ofcourse the office told me it was corporates job to do so and I should be receiving it soon. It has now been a month since that service has been ended and I still have no check from said corporate office. This place needs some work.
