[EDIT: Changing 4 to 5 stars because having worked with many more contractors since then, my experience with Precision Water & Sewage was in retrospect much better than the norm.][Original from 2013]Very good because Rahsaan and his company got my home dry, replaced damaged wallboard and insulation, repainted, and got everything looking better than before -- at a great price and with good accountability. All this in spite of an essential employee having a really rough time (details omitted to protect privacy, but it was far from an everyday thing) exactly during the week of the job.The only glitch during the job was that one of Rahsaans contractors left some cosmetic imperfections in the reconstruction. However, Rahsaan came and fixed all of these small things himself, and left me a satisfied customer.If the company were more proactive in communicating with me about job progress and questions, it would have been Excellent. But, even as things stand -- I initiated most of the communications -- I am a happy camper because they did a good job and saved me a bunch of money.

The person who runs this business is my grandfather!!
