This became my home for 4 months and I had a very positive experience while living there. I remain clean and sober and its because I went to the Door to Hope. Ive made some great friends! I praise the staff for all their hard work and getting to know every resisdence personally. Thank you for all of you.
So far I give it a 2/5 because my first initial visit wasn’t too pleasant, the receptionist just cared for my payment, she didn’t look happy nor was she welcoming. The intake coordinator emphasized on how my insurance would not cover when I told her I was willing to pay as long as I got the help. I still haven’t received a call from my assigned counselor and it’s been over a week. Its hard for people who are seeking help and already feel insecure about goin to these places because we are highly judged felt just like that I almost walked out, I am hoping for the best and that my experience here changes.
Helpful if you want it if not dont wast there time cause people want it and need it.its helped me three years ago and now i have my kids back and still clean three years.
I feel happy
