Had the most amazing experience with them! Tim was super helpful and detailed in the cleaning process, especially after I explained that I had some pet stains I really wanted out. After the first cleaning some stubborn stains Ended up coming back and all I had to do was call Tim and he came back out about two weeks later and cleaned them again. One thing I really appreciated is he was very understanding about my carpet concerns and assured me that he would keep coming out until the carper was free of any stains or odors. Just overall an amazing experience, super down to earth, extremely reliable, and he left my carpets looking brand new! He even cleans upholstery!

I have a 15 year old cream armchair. After years of dirty little feet and just normal wear, my armchair looked pretty grimy, albeit still very comfy. I rarely, rarely post reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this service. I just had my carpets cleaned by anthem and my experience with Tim was anything but positive. From the initial greeting at the door I could tell Tim had a chip on his shoulder. He started by saying that he was trying to call me and had even texted me. Well its going to be hard to reach me when youve incorrectly. Written down someones number!Also I should mention that my initial conversation with Tim was pleasant and he seemed like a really nice guy, but working with him in person it just didnt seem like it was the same person I had talk to on the phone..There is an obvious lack of social skills when Tim is dealing with paying customers. He seemed bothered that I was pointing out certain soiled areas on the carpet and I can honestly say that I am not happy with the end result. I will not be working nor will I recommend Anthem to friends or family. Id hate to do that to them. The whole experience was just awkward. I am unable to post pictures here, but you can see three pictures I posted on Yelp reviews.Tim did mention that I should wait till Monday for carpets to dry to see if they look different. I will modify my review should the carpets look clean on MondayMonday update: nope, still not happy!
