The people here are excellent and the service was phenomenal. We had our Volvo bumper replaced and they made it look so nice. They always kept us updated on everything and also replaced our air conditioner super fast. Thank you!

I delivered after hours. The phone conversation was very helpful. It look very simple hi tec location. Motion detection, key drop off all blended nicely with the surrounding scenery. Very up scale repair facility.

My accident was in the begining of May. Really great service at the time of accident. Little things that needed to be fixed after have been drug out and I have to keep following up on the issues because I dont get a call back. Its almost July and now I have to leave my car off again for the day..

She was very professional and had a great tone of voice, she answered all my questions and made sure I was all set. Got my car back a day early. Overall really content with their customer service and work on my car. Just picked up my car - it was ready earlier than I expected!! We had a great experience at Malones and would have no hesitation about recommending it to anyone. Very professional, friendly and efficient.

I tried To make two appointments to bring my vehicle in for an estimate for bodywork and both times the appointments I made were not in their appointment system. When I was eventually able to get in they told me it would be 2 to 3 days for the estimate. More than seven days later I still had not heard anything and had to call myself. The man that I spoke with told me that the car was still not ready. I decided to not go with Malones and asked him to put the car back together and he was gonna let me know when the car was ready for pick up. The next day was a holiday and they called me expecting me to pick the car up that day and I was out of town and told him I would do it the next day. The next day rolled around and one of their service members called me with attitude telling me that I needed to pick the car up. I informed her that I had already spoken with a different customer service representative and told him that I would be there on Thursday. It appears that he didn’t tell her or didn’t put in the notes on my case that I was going to be there on Thursday. I picked the car up and I will never go to Malones again. It’s obvious that they didn’t want my business.

Excellent job done on my grand daughters car. Everything was perfect. A deer jumped in front of her and really caused some damage and a mess. When Malones was done with the repair you cant believe the car was ever damage. I recommend that anyone who has a unfortunate event of a car accident and your insurance company wants you to take your car to a body shop make sure you insist it goes to Malones, You have the right. None better, go and take a look, meet the people.

Great professional work

Malones staff was excellent. Always polite, friendly, and professional. Auto repairs on my car were outstanding. Unfortunately, this is the second time I had to use them, but when I needed repairs, I didnt hesitate to be a return customer. I reccomend to anyone in need of auto repairs.

I would rate this place five stars, if it weren’t for the owner’s wife looking so unprofessional. Yes they did an amazing job on my car and they even washed it. The staff was also very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The only thing that bothered me is that the owner’s wife literally looked like she just got out of bed. She had a messy bun, gray sweats, a tank top, and flip flops. She really makes the place look very unprofessional and sketchy.

We had exceptional customer experience. We had a rental available to us immediately while our car was repaired. The repairs to our car were done without a notice our cars back end was crushed. They did a great job and guarantee their work.

I have always had excellent service here. Good quality of work. And they take care of most of the hassle with insurance and car rental during the repairs.

I had my car fixed by them twice now. When my brand new, fresh off the lot car was hit a few months ago I immediately brought it to them again.The service is extremely friendly. The waiting area is clean and very nice. They had a rental car waiting for me and while my car was being fixed, I received updates on my car via text.Within 3 days my car was returned to me and they did an amazing job! Also, they washed and detailed the outside and cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car which was a nice surprise!I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest auto body shop with exceptional service!

I knew this was a service-oriented establishment when they asked how (home/work/phone/email) and how often I would like status updates throughout the estimate, part procurement & repair process.Everything went totally smooth- I brought my car to the shop, and the rental company met me there. Malone did the estimate, communicated with the insurance company, and called me throughout the process with updates.Now my smashed up car is all new again!Malone Collision Repair is my new go-to repair shop!

Very bad service, did not fix my car properly, the bumper is not placed back correctly, and my husband just got his car from being repaired there and now his car has around 700 miles added to the odometer and the steering wheel is super hard to turn. The wife is super rude and unprofessional. Never taking another car to this place or recommending this shop to anyone.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I trust Joe and his crew to do an excellent job in their quickest possible turn-ariound.

Terrible Customer Service, people at the office where rude, brought my car there for repairs and after 5days, they had not bothered to take a look at it, when I stopped at their office to inquire about the status they had no idea what was going on. I would never recommend this place, very dissapointed.

I was a returning customer to have a damaged door repaired. I set up an Estimate back in Late November. I had an appointment for Repairs the week of December 12th only to not receive a call or later date. FINALLY had everything SET for January 11th today. So when I called to get a rental ready his wife Vanessa got on the phone to tell me they cant do the Repair because they are SOO BUSY then she told me NEVER MIND we cant help you because the part is a used Door.. But yet my insurance company AAA who (they are approved by) ordered a USED door, and Joe Malones employees told me it will be fine! His wife is very UNPROFESSIONAL she should have never got involved with my repairs she mocked me on the phone acted very stupid. I cant believe after a month wait and all the back and forth appointments his wife could act like that. All because they have the worst customer service and she didnt want to hear that. They even received my Insurance Check for repairs.
