Very bad customer service, this is my second time coming back as they can get the alignment right, just got out of there 30 minutes ago once again and i was told the issue was fixed according to the manager. Yet i have to move the steering wheel 9 o-clock to go straight. Once i confronted the manager of this business about his improper work the third time, he became very aggressive and decided to take my car for a test drive, i went with him. the manager himself was speeding and driving erratically in my car. He was excessively accelerating towards a civilian truck outside his own business. I asked him to slow down a bit since i wasnt exactly aware of his intentions and that was the moment he got very angry. He started exchanging words with me so i asked him to get out of my car or let me drive it. He refused and continued test driving the car and treating it like trash until we got back to the business.These guys will NEVER get any business from me again, & i hope anyone reading this can be aware beforehand that, these guys arent the guys youll want to do business with. The manager himself is very unprofessional, noticeably aggressive, and intentionally treats his customers with dirty work. This business does not deserve the stars it has now or better yet any customers. I hope this was just a bad experience for myself and these guys arent treating other customers belongings irresponsible & carelessly.

I just bought a reasonably priced used tire from this fwine establishment. Kind and knowledgeable staff that put in the effort to make sure u get quality products and workmanship.

Ive been coming here for years and I live in San Jose. I make the trip because the prices are fair, the quality is fantastic and they are fast!This last trip I needed two new tires and alignment. In SJ a place quoted me at $360. Here, I paid $280 and got the great Goodyear tires I always get. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. There isnt a place to wait really but I dont mind. I wait on the side and bring a book or magazine.It is located behind a beauty salon. They take all cards including debit card and they do free rotation with proof of receipt.

We had Sergio & he was amazing, he knew what kind of tires were the correct size & got the old onez off & the new ones on in less than 30 minutes. Theyve got me for life, tires were fairly priced especially for brand new

Service was ok, theyre always busy which is good for them. I normally go elsewhere for tires but decided to try them on a recommendation. I would much rather go to Cuevas tires, just my personal preference. A tire that I got from Calderon had the bead split when they mounted it, took it back and they mounted it again and so far it seems to be holding.

Had a blow out on the 101 fwy at 5:30pm. Drove there on the spare and were glad they were open until 7pm. They were friendly and replaced my tire in less than an hour for a very fair price.

Tire-pressure monitor said we had a problem when we were on the 101, so we headed for the nearest tire place. They diagnosed the problem, repaired the tire, and had us on our way in about 20 minutes. Fantastic.

I went to see about getting a tire fixed because it was leaking air. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Do not go to this shop. They are selling recapped tires. Happened to my mom and a lot of other people recently. These guys are dirty do not go here. They are a public safety hazard and the government has been notified and investigating.

Not that great u have to watch them do there job or theyll take short cuts when i ask them to balance my tires they thought i didnt know what i know n there was .75 on the machine that means its not done being balanced its not zero out if i pay for something i expect to do your job right when its balance it should read zero on the machine
