I have been with State Farm, Russ Wilcox office for over 20 years for myslef personally and our business, before that my parents were using them as well. Friendly, fast response when requesting information and a family feel over the years of doing business with his office. Amazing, friendly office staff makes a huge difference when needing things done. Brenda Rivas has been a tremdous help over the last few years with so many businesss requests that we need to take care of. Definetly would recommend his office to anyone looking for a new agent.

WORST OFFICE EVER! In the past year or so, this office has gone from great to the most uninformed, rude, unresponsive team I have dealt with in any situation. Today, Linda Wilcox even got on the phone line, unannounced, and told me that what I was saying just is not true, she was listening to the conversation prior to this one, and the agent, Ursula, would never say something was covered, and when I asked to speak to her to confirm our conversation, or Russ, was hung up on. This is after a year of trying to get billings straight, questions answered, and a person who knows what they are doing to help. In the past, when Michael and Stacha were there, they were amazing. Now Russ has advised me that since I seem to show hostility towards us by emailing that I did not appreciate being called a lier, I should find another agent. After over 30 years, that office has just lost my business, and I hope to save someone else the grief of working with them.
