Unprofessional workers, I call the office at 554 E. Alisal Street in Salinas to request my monthly bill balance, agent pick up and told me if I can wait for two minutes, I end up waiting for 15 minutes on the phone, so I hang up and call them back, I spoke with what I believe was the same agent it was a girl with a soft voice. I request the same information as my first call she said if I could wait for 2 minutes I told her that I was Waiting on the line for 15 minutes already, to what she reply I am with a customer and I am very busy right now, I reply to her I am a customer too! I ask for her name to what she refuse to give it to me and hang up the phone on me wow people like that should not be working whoever is the owner of Fiesta Auto Insurance Center should train their personal well if they want to keep my business!

Staff is kind and respectful, willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Dont even go there, they just want your money..Save money and save time and go for a well know insurance. Payment will be a little higher but it worth. At leats those insurances are PROFESSIONALS... not like thisAgain dont even step into this place!!!! EVER

I would give them more stars but the service does not use the seriousness of the announcements, it is scheduled and is not open. This can serve for a better quality of service and the responsibility of the employees of sur main and alisal which is where they mark that they open at 9 and I went at 9:30 they should mark that they open at 10 and it will be understandable.
