I cannot begin to express just how effective and professional this firm is. Not only am I here to speak graces concerning my dealings with Mr. Dozier, but I would like to sway the bar against the reviews that are less than 5 stars.My case wasnt complicated, but it was a close call. Mr. Dozier responded in less than an hour and also gave me his personal cell phone number. He told me exactly what he would do and in about 4 months all was wrapped up and concluded. I went from a criminal charge to a simple infraction.He was over 50% cheaper than competitors and clearly cared about his clients. I would compare Mr. Dozier to fictional character Saul Goodman for all of Sauls redeeming qualities: fair, affordable, and most importantly he actually cares about the little guys.

Mr. Dozier along with his assistant Taylor are the real McCoy. They are straight shooters and to the point. Very affordable but yet they are the best at what they do. You wont get the run around and over charged for a lack of incentive as Mr. Dozier is a real bulldog and takes care of business. I would highly recommend Mr. Dozier to anyone in the Monterey Bay area because in my opinion, you will be wasting your time with anybody else. This is an easy 5 stars.

He is a SCAM ! He just took my money when I was charged. I blindly trusted in his words. He knew my case wasnt going to be a state case, he knew it was going to be a federal case and he still took my money knowing he wasnt going to do anything for me. I had court twice in state and he never showed up he would send his assistant. After my case was handed over to federal court I asked for my money back or at least half and he refused. Its sad that I desperately wanted help and he took advantage of my situation knowing I have a wife and three kids who I left by them selves. He promised to at least get back some of the money the took and some personal items but failed to deliver. Please do not go to this lawyer beware of him!

James has help me numerous times not only for myself, my family, and also close friends. He has not lost a case for my family, in fact James has exceeded in what he stated he would be able to do. In other words he went above and beyond expectations!!! Trust his council and follow his expert advice during the process, by doing this, it is a lot less scary and stressful for you and less he has to fix along the way. This lawyer is awful!! He does not care about anyone but him self. As he couldn’t help my husband in his case he promised to get him his belongings back. My husband even sent him paycheck stuff and all the necessary papers for his belongings and when I spoke with the district attorneys assistant she said he never gave them any paperwork. So he never got his belongings after we payed him 5,000 cash when he did nothing for him. Please BEWARE!!!!!
