In this place there is a lousy work environment, the stewards are people without the slightest preparation and therefore abuse their power, they are rude, offensive, burlesque and easily mix the empathy they feel for one of the workers and they are cruel to find that person Until they do it voluntarily-you force yourself to do the same thing they do if a person makes a complaint in human resources they promise you that there would be no representatives but they end up slowly closing the work doors and all for not wanting to allow and wanting to stop this type of abuse. For me this place is very racist and has a lot of labor favoritism. Besides, I have looked at the abuse of many H-2A who bring to work in the USA and they do not report for fear of losing that job opportunity but there are butlers who have reduced the time they eat and rest. for k more production comes out thus violating their rest times and lose and I say pork until I was affected in the rest times reduced by the butler pork he would only get more production k the others I let the butler know k not us He was giving the statutory rest time and the food time and what he did was at the first opportunity he put me out of work claiming that I had been absent without notifying him, and that I had warned him by phone and that way already He would not have a person complaining and thus be able to commit those abuses.
