Been waiting for over 2 hours and still waiting for 1 pallet to cool before loading into my cool trailer. Was told not the same cooling. So here I wait. Been in door for 4.5 hours so far. 😴

Unreal. Weve been in this door since 12:50, now 19:50 and theyre not done. Going to miss my appointment 6 miles down the road for 20:00. When asked, the shipping clerk said the day shift went home and didnt tell the night shift about you. No one noticed the half loaded truck sitting in a door with the dock door open and the plate down? Un-freaking-believable.

This place is very professional and the staff are very accommodating. They reworked my load free of charge after a customer changed the order twice. The lot is clean. Theres plenty of porta johns for drivers. Only reason its getting 4 stars and not 5 is the parking set up. Great place to load.

Do not trust the numbers on the BOL for weight. Showed 42,455... was closer to 48,000. Typical for Salinas. I hope its another 8 years or more before I see this town again, at least in a professional capacity.Also, bring a translator if you arent bilingual.

Salinas style cooler. Big parking. Sometimes need to camp a bit. Slow loading process.Update:Year later. Same old .... waited 10hrs for doors. Pulled in. They said they have to prepare the order. LoL. Lots of activity in parking lot.

Very unprofessional loading staff…. 24 hours loading time. Was overweight by 11000 pounds and waited 5 hours just to get a dock again.

Very bad place for trucks and drivers.don’t know why brokers continue to book for this site and why trucking companies come here where there is no proper place for parking. Parking is too narrow and there are pretty good chances to scratch your truck and trailer or some other ones. Long waiting time is tiresome for general produce that could be lifted some other good place.My first visit is so awkward,will remember it for rest of life.

Called to verify load number and stuff in the morning, they said mt load was ready. Arrived, waited 3 hours then called. They said it would be 2 hours until they called me for a dock door. Called again 2 hoursater. They said it would be another 2 hours.This place is a jokeUpdate, finally leaving after 11 hours

Worse place ever checked in at 1:30 pm got a door 2:30am got paperwork at 6:30am stay away only if you need a 10hr

Horrible place for pick up load. 8 to 10 hours waiting is normal thing.. staff is very rude and some shippers too.. they have very less parking spaces.. you are very lucky if you get parking space near on road in the high season.. exit they have is very congested.. its very hard to back on 1 and 14 number docks.. Great people but only the night shifts people are really willing to help, if you have multiple pick ups try checking in here as fast as possible nd leave for another pickup will really help u when u comeback cause you dont wanna get stuck with the morning shift people, they are always grumpy will usually make u wait for 3-4 hours after you are checked in .All over just stick to night appointments lol real nice people and they charge 8$/to move pallets

Nice place to pick-up, there is plenty of parking for staging. People were friendly and professional. Very quick loading time also.😃 I was put right in a door and had my paperwork in less then 30 minutes. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, because my experience was nothing less then amazing.

One of the most cluster fk places Ive been to. They need like 100 more parking spots. So we are not forced to park on the street while we wait for a dock.

This place is the worst never pick loads up from here been here since yesterday 7:40pm its been over 24 hours since I been waiting for my door they telling that thier 10 trucks. Ahead of me. They should change manger or supervisor, who ever is in charge in office.

Horrible place to pick up a load 8to 10hours wait is a normal thing. Very conjusted place.limited parking space.during season almost impossible to find a space in all their coolers.you are lucky if you get a space along the road.whenever you come here,never expect that you will be going soon.diDocks specially 1,& 14 are very hard to back up.untill 8pm there is a security person who does not allow you to park in the no parking zones but as he leaves around 8pm. Truckers park their truck everywhere blocking them who especially have to back up in 10& 11.They watch everything but do not feel bad at all.Exiting is another headache.they have created a very tight exit. If you are not paying attention,certainely you are going to rub your truck.during the season,this place is very busy.Office staff is rude as most of the shippers are.Good Luck

Came in at 8 of morning. Got door at 8:30 but in the evening. I mean Pencho, close this cooler and start selling icecreams people!!

Check in and out is quick and easy. Loading takes a while. Plan to be here for hours.

The parking not enough

6 hours to load my truck. I had 2 pickups today & I almost ran behind schedule because the 2nd place closes at 6pm and I didnt get out of the dock door until 4pm with a 2 1/2 hour drive to get to the 2nd stop. Thankfully I called them ahead of time & explained the story & one of there forklift drivers decided to stay late. That was very nice for the people at the 2nd stop to pitch in & and stay late to load me today dispite how long it took for the lazy people here at Cental Coast Cooling took to load my trailer.

Stay away. Set our appt time at noon saying product was ready. Put us in a door around 10:30. Going on 6 p.m. now and havent even started loading saying theyre a pallet short.

They are too slow .it is my experience i wait in parking area in 3 hrs after checking and when i go inside and ask for how long becoz i have a another appointment for 2nd pick load then they give me a dock but i wait in a truck 3hrs .to finish load and i have only 300 cases but they don’t care for drivers day 6 hrs waisted hare so how can i pick up my another load my log book is finish hare . But they don’t care. My another pic distance hare to 222 miles so if we are late for our appointment time then they never give us a load so i have a first and bad day hare

Always busy horribly designed parking lot, entrance and dock set uohave to back into the trucks driving into the parking lot mostly blind to get into the docks everything is tight and then they take forever and kill your clock bot a fam of this shipper at all. Then they overloaded me and I had to come back and play in this nonsense again

This is the worst place to load in Cali. Bunch of rude people working in office. Minimum wait time is about 8 hours to get in dock and 2 hours to load 8 to 10 pallets. Dont pick up heee unless you cant find anything. Its a joke. I wish this place shut down or gets burned down someday.

Super slow getting into a dock and even slower getting loaded.. Things have not changed a bit.

Product is never ready and rude office people . I have been here 4 times and I had to wait until the next to get loaded. Each time i had to wait 12 plus hours.
