Literally JUST called at 5:33pm, to get the ride rates. A lady answers and when I say I don’t need to cab at this very moment she says “well I’m busy” and hangs up on me. Customer service is trash. I wish I could go below 1 star.

Not the best cab ride but wayyy better than best cab. They always seem to come 20-30 mins and get me to where I need to go to on time, very nice. On the downside it seems as though the rides are unsafe because the driver always seems to go so fast you have to put your seat belt on but other wise this is a good business

Stay well away, walk if you must. The driver will get someone killed someday. I was told Uber was a ripoff in this town but there cant be a bigger ripoff than this place. $10 to go a mile and $4 stop fee so I could get to an ATM cause I had no cash. The ATM was enroute to the hotel.

I called to get a ride from our hotel this morning and the person that answered said “he’s going to pass” on coming to pick us up and recommended another cab company in the area. Definitely do not recommend.

I told the guy I called different cab companies to get a ride before walk in court and he told me hes not gunna risk going up there for nothing. And said hes gunna pass. WHEN I WAS TRYING TO ASK HIM IF HE WAS BUSY TO MAKE IT TO COURT!!! dont call this company.
