The female employee who works here refuses service to customers who are regulars based of personal issues, this is very wrong and she isn’t even the boss. She is refusing service because of an issue with her cousin who is the customers girlfriend. Now he can’t even get a bank account instead because he can’t get the money to start his bank account due to her refusing to cash his checks. This is someone’s life, how they pay rent, and your refusing service over a personal problem which has nothing to do with your job. It’s sad and I can’t even call to report this because she is working and I don’t know how to get ahold of the boss. I get the feeling her boss would not be happy about this.

Nastasha is amazing person. Has wonderful customer service and always explaining things when you dont understand. When I need a loan I go to her. She is the best!! Wouldnt go to any other loan places. Money Zone Inc. is the place to go!!! Highly recommended!!!

The lady is amazing I forget her name but we were trying to cash out 401k check on a Saturday and no one would until Monday to get it verfied but this lady went above and beyond for us and got our check cashed on a Saturday!!
