My son totaled my car. Officers called Auto House to tow the wreck. I was out of town and could not get to the car as fast as I would have liked. By the time I was gonna be able to come and get my things the storage fees and other expenses were over $500.00. Told them I would sign my title to them I just would like to have my things out of the wreck. They refused to allow me any where near my car unless I paid to get a wrecked vehicle out of their yard!!! What the heck was I supposed to do with a totaled car??? I just wanted my things from the car. I had a college diploma and a business portfolio in the car as I was on the hunt for a new job!!! They refused to allow me to retrieve my things!!!! I totally agree with the one lady who stated these people are thieves and crooks big time!!!! What is sad is I used to think they were one of the best businesses in town, but that was when I was working in jobs that used towing quite often, like El Dorado National, and AAA Auto Sales and U-Haul!!!!! I will never recommend these people ever again!!!!!

They are listed as a heavy duty towing company and the picture showes Semi tow truck yet they told me my 31 foot RV was to large for them to do a tire change on and I had a spare tire.

DMy experience with the driver was excellent. He knew his job. Did it efficiently and quickly. So why the 2 rating. His DISPATCHER sent him the right address but wrong town. He drove to from Salina to Inman, when he didnt have to. And I hear this happens a lot. Dispatcher is owner and does this a lot. Bit shell change it to make it look like driver error and make him pay for the gas wasted

Memorial weekend disaster!!!Called on Memorial Day around 5:00 pm. 3 hours from home My ford f250 pulling my camper lost the transmission. Driver showed up in about 40 minutes with a smile😃 loaded up the truck hooked up the camper and took both of them to the lot. Next day took the truck to the local dealer and stored my camper at no charge. Nice people!!!!!!!!And less than I expected to pay.If you are stuck on the road they are the people to call

Micah and Auto House Towing were exceptional. Last month, our family was on a cross-country trip when we experienced a fuel injector leak that sidelined out 42-foot diesel RV. On a busy Fourth of July weekend, Micah agreed to take the extra time to run his big rig to Junction City to tow our unit back to Salina to the local Freightliner service center. We were impressed with Micahs professional attention to detail to ensure that our RV was hitched and towed safely. With such a significant investment, Micah understood the importance doing the job right and taking the time to explain the process so we were at ease. When arriving at the service center, Micah took the time to speak with the service adviser to make sure our unit was delivered to the correct service bay so work could begin immediately. Ima traveling nurse from Nebraska and late last Wednesday night my GPS took me down a awful road by Alima Ks. My onstar told me I was in Newtown and wouldnt help so I called you guys. I called and spoke with Amy 4 or 5 times trying to figure out where I was. When I told her Almina she told me she was like 3 or 4 hours away. Thats when I lost it. She helped me to chill out and had me call 911. Even tho she couldnt help me she was a lifesaver.

Micah was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. Tonya however was really nice and understanding of my situation, and she treated me with respect the entire time. My back story: I bought a car at auction and tried to go and pay for it.. Everyone was late and didnt know when they might be able to find time to make it to work. Micah wouldnt help me because I guess he didnt feel like it. When he left after our conversation, he proceeded to gas his truck so that it made lots of noise and peeled out of the sand lot that they operate. Real professional broseph.Customers are not an interruption, They are Job security, Micah.

These guys incorrectly hooked up my 5th wheel and then dropped the bed-over right onto the truck, doing untold damage to my Travel trailer. I did not even get so much as an apology even though they all could see and commented on the damage to the trailer. These guys all, literally, just got in their cars and drove away (It was 3 minutes past closing time).

Did treated me well did a nice job

Called bc I got a flat in the middle of the night on Tues and needed taken into town. first time no one answered so I tried again and some guy answered and started cussing at me and hung up. I thought maybe I dialed the wrong # so I checked to make sure it was the right # and called again, and this time the lady that answered was angry I was calling her this late and I could hear the guy yelling in the background. Needless to say I would never recommend Auto Haus to anyone.
