Doug has done a couple of projects for us and always does a wonderful job. He refinished our yellow oak to a darker color and matched it where we added some new rooms. Very easy to work with and responsive to communication.

We had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Doug is very professional, quick to respond, and both thorough and patient in answering questions. The workers were respectful and neat. The timeline and cost were as promised. Best of all, our floors look amazing. Our existing wood floors were sanded and refinished to seamlessly match two other rooms with all new wood. The color and sheen are precisely what we hoped for. If only every home improvement company provided this level of service!

They did a beautiful job and were very fast, friendly, arrived on time, and were very professional. They were also very reasonable. Doug came out and refinished our Brazilian cherry wood floors. They needed it after some water damage from a leaky washing machine. The wood floors look beautiful! Doug was excellent to work with, very professional and attentive to detail. He answered our calls timely and responded to our questions. Would definitely use him again!

Had a terrible stain from a ruptured can of pineapple juice. Oregon Wood Floors repaired the stain and refinished the floors using a water based finish. They did a fantastic job! Doug Francisco was great to work with; highly recommend this contractor.

We engaged Jerry many years ago to repair a maple floor we found under our carpet. His work was excellent and he & his firm got our highest accolades for attitude, performance, cost, and more. We referred anyone who asked us about wood flooring contractors to Oregon Wood Floors.A couple of years ago, we called on him to do another job and he told us he was trying to close his business and referred us to his son Tim. We called Tim (On Point Wood Floors, I believe) and Tim was clearly his fathers son - excellent work, a great attitude, good price, timely, and everything else positive we could say.Last year, we called Tim to do another job and he completely disappointed us. After our initial contact and a couple of e-mails, he turned unresponsive and didnt seem interested in our job; wouldnt return phone calls or e-mails. As a last resort, we called Jerry again, not to do the work, but to find out what the problem was with his son. Jerry was, once more, the epitome of a businessman - caring, concerned, interested and willing to take on the job if his son couldnt/wouldnt. That lasted about 3 weeks. Then, no communication whatever. No returned phone calls or e-mails, failed to supply an estimate, a total lack of interest in our business. And thats what he and his son will get from us a lack of our business. We will NEVER refer anyone to OWF or Jerry or OPWF or Tim ever again. And yet, we are saddened by their failure.

I was referred to Oregon Wood Floors by a contractor who spoke highly of the company. I had a small, somewhat complicated job and was upfront about that. Doug Francisco, from Oregon Wood Floors, came to my house to review the job and provide a quote. Doug was knowledgeable and friendly and said he would get back to in a a few days. Unfortunately I never heard back from him, even after I left him two polite messages requesting a call back. If they didnt want the job, a simple returned phone call was all I would have expected.
