We have used PBS several times and wouldn’t use any other contractor. We had new Harvey windows and Hardee Siding installed. Our house looks like new! Several neighbors commented about it. Our calls were answered the same day which is highly unusual now. Jordan, Joe, Mark and Roy were were friendly, thorough, patient and did quality work. Very highly recommended!

PBS installed a new front door, all new windows, and all new siding on our house recently. Joe and Jordan were both great to work with from the very start. Thorough and professional through it all! Their 3D app, virtual meetings (due to covid), and builder trend app all made everything feel very organized and well thought out. PBS did a fantastic job on our home. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work that needed to be done, but PBS put our minds at ease. They were able to explain all of the stages and processes clearly and even have an online payment portal that made it easy to track invoices and payments. We had a ranch house resided with the 7” reveal Hardy Plank siding. We had new soffits, facia boards, water table all the way around, 2 new windows and new gutters with leaf guards installed. Our home looks great now and we get a lot of compliments from our neighbors. I would not hesitate to use PBS again if I had another project in their wheelhouse.

I needed my roof redone in a short window, and they changed their schedules to be able to accommodate. If that wasnt enough, they were in and out in a half day with pleasant staff as well. This is a company all should call.

Our experience with Professional Building Services was excellent. Straightforward upfront pricing, clear communication about scheduling, a friendly crew that showed up every day and worked a full day, and an absolutely amazing installation that came out even better than we hoped. They replaced an existing deck with a Trex deck and installed a new Trex portico on the front of our hose. Both are absolutely beautiful and I plan to hire them again for future projects around our house.

Pete and the Professional Building Serivces team were amazing from the very first meeting to the finished product. The idea of replacing our very large back deck was a bit overwhelming. I read reviews online and knew that PBS were the experts at building Trex decks that I wanted. We were also looking for a company to put on a new roof for our house and it turned out that they do roofs as well!. PBS was able to complete both projects beautifully and quickly. The team that worked at the house were so helpful and neat. The backyard was minimally affected by such a large construction project. The PBS team treated our house like it was their own. I recommend them highly and they will be my first call for future projects!

Excellent Replaced all old cedar trim and siding with Hardie Plank siding and Trim. PBS did an excellent job of removing all of the old cedar siding and trim and replacing it with Hardie Siding and Trim. Pete the owner and his son Joe are true professionals and know the ins and outs of the construction industry and what is necessary to prevent a home from water damage and damage from elements. Joe and and his team worked through difficult winter weather to get the job done. They took the time necessary to properly seal the home and ensure it is bulletproof from the elements. The home exterior is now maintenance free for many many years to come. They are easy to work with and you get a lot of value for your investment.

My husband and I purchased a new house and found that we had a rubber roof that leaked into a garage. It has been pretty hard to find a company that does rubber roofing around this area, but luckily I found Professional Building Services through a Google search. Pete, the owner, and his team were incredible. The team got the roof done in less than a day, they were polite and clean right up after themselves. Once the job is done, the roofers brought me out and showed me all the work they had done. Pete made sure to follow up with me after the work was done to ensure there wasn’t a leak after they had finished, and I can happily report that the roof is leak free! You really won’t be disappointed by hiring Professionals Building Services. Their prices are fair and competitive, the work is impeccable, and the customer service is above and beyond.

We used them for siding a few years back. Not a great experience. Work crews did not do careful work, damaging other parts of our home requiring repairs and extra work for them to fix their mistakes. Its good that the owner will listen and give you time, but often this comes in the form of selling the good experience. Im not sure how they manage it, but I think they are experts at keeping top reviews and making poor reviews disappear. A company with loads of only great reviews should raise red flags.

Guys promised me the world, professionalism, but when it came down to it the job site was unsafe left the same for days at a time.. secretaries cant communicate to the owners effectively
