Went for an alignment and they got it done same day and really quick. They were able to get done what the last mechanic didnt do. They even showed me what it looked like before and after. Clearly my alignment that was done last month was done incorrectly. This will be my go to place for alignments. Staff were nice and helpful.

They managed to take me in as a walk in. Sold me 4 in stock tires and easily price matched a competitor. Low pressure sales was nice. Pricing seemed transparent. Staff was courteous and professional at the desk. My only complaint is the repair took too long.

Extremely busy establishment. I actually felt bad for one of the employees behind the counter who was holding his head in his hands and to appeared to me to be very overwhelmed with the amount of people that were waiting to be waited on and the phone ringing off the hook non stop. Management has to be made aware of this. Need to be more efficient in utilizing their staff of the specific areas that need improvement. Why make an appointment if its not going to make a difference. It was a customer free for all. Every customer for themselves. All this being said the job did get done. Repairing my tire from a screw for only $6.95 is not a bad deal. Satisfied with the job. Once again Management needs to observe the chaotic show room and make improvements to help their staff utilize their abilities more efficiently.

I purchased 2 tires a few weeks back. The service was excellent. Then this week I had a tire that had a slow leak and went back to Town Fair. The repaired the tire at no charge and did it with excellent service. Definitely recommend them!

The absolute best place to get tires. I literally recommend them to everyone. I first came here to get 4 new tires a few years ago and they matched prices i found online and even gave me discount on a warranty. just today I went in to get a new tier because of a flat. my car was done in about 30min which was amazing!! especially since over the phone they quotes me about 2 hours since they said they were very busy today.. everyone there is very nice and always willing to help. I live a bit far and I still drive just to this location simply to get that speedy excellent service.

I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire in Salem NH. I had made an appointment online a few days before and when I got there they took my truck right in and got to work on it. I had also found the same tires online for a lower price and they matched it saving me $80. A short time later it was done but when it came back out there was some kind of residue all over both sides of it. The employees came right out and took care of it right away. The manager even called me when I was on my way home to make sure I was satisfied. They were all very friendly and professional. Two thumbs up for the crew at Town Fair Tire Salem NH!

Showed up towards end of day without notice in hope to get a new tire for my vehicle that I had popped. Matthew was able to assist me with gettin the same exact tire I had on my vehicle already. Originally he said we would be able to get it done the following day but went out of his way to see if the guys in the garage would possibly stay a few minutes late to get my one tire done. Excellent customer service. I just bought winter tires and wheels. There was a shake in the steering wheel after the initial install; but they stood by their work and rebalanced the tires twice to finally get rid of the shake. Everyone, but especially Trevor, was nice and helpful through the entire process, and never made me feel like I was being difficult or annoying by bringing the car back.

First this is my kids account< my name is Robert and this shop is great. I have coming here for a long time and never felt cheated. The staff is always fair and knowledgeable about products.I I never feel pressured but rather given honest facts on products. This with all interactions i have had here. This last time Paul was awesome and really helpful. I just want to say getting the extra protection on the tire is well worth it. I have never been one to do it but this last time i did. It was beyond worth the extra few bucks and will always do it in the future. Especially when one tire can be as much as two hundred bucks and your a single parent.

Took no time at all for four new tires on my Jeep and align alignment. With the savings on state taxes I got dinner for the wife and I. 25 minutes from my house casually.

I had a wonderful experience at Town Fair Tire in Salem NH. I hit a curb and blew up two of the new tires. I called Town Fair Tire in Salem, and a gentleman named Mike helped me to arrange a replacement tires, and he made sure that my car will be taken care of. Mike was knowledgeable and courteous and helped me with my emergency issue. By the time my car got towed to Salem location it was after 6:30 pm. So, I dropped off my key at the drop box, and I had my car’s tires replaced and ready for pick up before noon next day. Awesome service.

TFT lost my car key within 10 minutes. TFT Spent next 20 minutes asking me if I was sure I didnt have my key. TFT finally found my key and finished rotating my tires. With new tires being needed most likely in the Spring, I think its time to look for a new source for my tires, before TFT loses my car. BTW, my glove box had been opened and material from the glove box, including my vehicle registration was on the floor of my car! What was TFT doing in my glove box? And why not clean up the mess, especially the registration? Im motivated to move on to another tire source, are you?

Worst place to get new tires thieves went in for 4 new tires was tricked into getting a 4 wheel alignment and I just found out I have a solid rear axle so they pretty much screwed me for 59 dollars then I told them I was keeping my old tires they still charged me to throw them away when the truck was done it came outside with only 2 tires in the back of my pickup and don’t ya know they gave me the worst 2 tires one that had a nail repair and the other with sidewall damage they kept the other 2 good tires thought I wouldn’t notice what I joke this place is worse part about it is they mostly had bad attitudes except for one of them which was the guy who luckily helped me I wouldn’t go to town fair tire again because this isn’t the first time I had a bad run in with them

They didnt order my tires by noon, showed up at noon they said I gave them the wrong size tires . I never gave them the size because they already had it because I have bought the last 5 sets thier and was told it was in the computer. Then I was told that they could get them in 2 days. Sullivan tire hooked me up in 3 hours and matched the price.

Shop elsewhere. They used to provide a great experience in Salem NH but that is no longer the case. From the moment you walk in the door it is painful. I called in and made an appointment for an alignment. I explained to the person on the phone what I wanted and I asked if they would match another vendor. They went off and came back and said bring in a pic on my phone and that they would. Then I asked if I could also get a AAA discount on the service and how much it would cost. Again she put me on hold for several minutes and came back and said yes. I told the employee that checked me in what I was told and Kurt the manager told me I was not specific enough with the person on the phone. I had an alignment 5/18 and it was $79. Current price is $109 which is almost a 40% increase. I had a tire rotation done

Love this place! Okay so I’m gonna be honest. With this whole covid thing money has been tight. I needed tires so badly, so I came down to see if there’s anything I can work out. I walked in here with 42 cents, but needed tires. Nick at the front counter knew exactly what to do, he got me all set up with a credit card. After that we chose some tires, and as I was paying for them, this dude let me sign with and keep his fountain pen! Either way I went with some doral tires and they work great on my Hyundai. And to top it all off, as I was leaving curt had chased me down to give me my silly mug that I had almost forgotten! Super upfront guys, very honest, knowledgeable. Will be back here again.

Had a flat tire at 5:40. The store was closing at 6. Austin was very helpful as he informed me if I came right down he would take care of it and he did. Im sure they wanted to leave at 6 but its nice to know there are places that will go out of their way.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and paid attention to my needs. What shocked me was the condition of my car after the appointment. It was nowhere near the clean and spotless condition in which they received it. My beige interior carpet was black with dirt as was the steering wheel and driver door. I urge Town Fair Tire to invest in coverings to protect the interior of the customers car during service. I was quite shocked at the condition of my car after the service appointment

I bought four tires from Town Fair Tire. A few weeks later I bought aftermarket rims online. Town Fair Tire told me they wont mount the tires I bought from them on my new rims because I didnt buy the rims from Town Fair Tire. I got a good deal on the tires. Will I be a repeat customer? Absolutely not.

I had a great experience here. My appointment was for 10:30 but wanted to see if I brought it early they would be able to put four new tires on my car around 8:45 am and my car was completed by 10;30just in time for work. Yes it was two hours but I was fine shopping around. Would most defiantly recommend this placer tires!

Always had a good experience at this location up until a couple of months ago when I had to write a bad review due to the way I was treated by one of their phone answering service representatives, Jessica. Swore Id never go back but had to have them resolve a problem with one of the tires they sold me and realized that the store, in itself, does a good job and were not responsible for my negative experience with the calling center.

Came to this place last week to get tires for my Ford Edge. I’m one of those people who literally know nothing about cars and I’ve never bought tires before you anything. Owen at the front desk took the liberty to come out to my car and look at everything. Everything from measuring my tires with a tool to telling me how whole they were with some code. He showed me some Toyo tires, and after this snow storm I am so happy with the ones he recommend. If anybody is looking for tires go to these guys, they take their work seriously and you can tell from the minute you are in there that they are paid to be attentive to you.

I appreciate the workers here they made my car feel better on the highway with a balance and alignment. 10/10 they treat any car with pride care like they own it.

These guys rock. They got me in and out in no time. I came down for 4 tires on my 2014 Chevy Silverado, and the guy who helped me curt, was phenomenal. He paid very close attention to my personal space which is very important during these times. He showed me some Toyos that he recommended he had experience with on a ford ( Chevys are better, but either way) I chose to go with those. I’ve had em for two weeks now and I love em! I had a very good experience here. I was taken right on time for a tire purchase appointment. Tony was my salesman and he was great. He was very knowledge and gave me an honest opinion on all available options for my car. He didnt pressure me or try to push any products on me. Prices are very competitive and lifetime tire rotation is a huge plus. I would recommend shopping here.

Would be 5 if there wasn’t so muck downtime and waiting. Had a 9:30 appt. for an online order, got there at 9:25 to check in. After 15 mins. paying and up selling, car was taken at 9:55. Four tires and alignment and car was done at 11:25. Proactively got in line to wait to pick up the keys, but was suppose to get a text when the car was ready. Waited in line for one cashier 35 mins! Never got the text. Over three and a half hour process.Decent tires at a good price but my suggestion is, if you don’t have 3-4 hours to kill, drop your car/truck off the night before and come back.

These guys go above and beyond. They have earned my business for life. I once brought in a couple lawn mower tires after failing miserably at mounting them at home. They only charged me $10 to mount two tires. I was blown away, expecting to pay about $50 or so (and would have been happy to just to have the darn tires mounted!)

The service here was excellent! Adam D. was able to find us tires and rims for both our vehicles and the price was very reasonable. We had both cars done in less than a couple hours despite the store being extremely busy. We always go to Town Fair because of the great customer service, the rebates, special offers and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The employees at Town Fair Tires in Salem are outstanding. Raphael, Collin, Anthony, Matt made the experience great. If I ever need tires again, I will definitely go back.
