Ive bought my tires here and had them maintained for years. Good people. Honest .Just had a rotation and rebalance today and my highway shake is gone in the highway. I recommend them.

Sullivan Tire in Salem, NH really knows about customer service! I called on the Friday of Labor Day weekend, with just 20 minutes left until closing, and STILL Desiree went above and beyond for me. When they didnt have the right tires I needed, she called around to two other locations, found 2 in Manchester, had them shipped down to the Salem location, and arranged for them to be mounted on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend (even though all the appointment slots were taken). When I went into the store, Jeremy was just as accommodating! Both he and Desiree took a stressful situation, on a Holiday weekend, ironed it out for me, and made the whole thing a pleasant experience. Kudos to Sullivan Tire for employing people who know that making the customer happy is what its all about!

I came to have two tires put on and the other two rotated. This takes about 20 minutes, as I’ve had it done before. I had a 3pm appointment. The woman told me it would take 45 minutes. At 4pm I asked how much longer and the man at the counter told me 20-25 more minutes. When I shockingly told him I brought my car in at 3, he said “it takes an hour and half to rotate tires.” When I replied “the woman told me 45 minutes.” He had no reply back. I definitely would not come back again. I had a 2 year old and 7 year old with me and was there for hour and a half for something that takes 20 minutes to do. Frustrating to say the least and I don’t think it’s awesome to feel like he lied just thinking I’m a young girl and wouldn’t know better that a tire rotation takes an hour and a half. I’d leave one star, but they did get the job done so whatever.

Been coming here for years, even before I moved to Salem, and this place is awesome. Even with a busy schedule they work to fit me in and only provide the services I need while maintaining a safe and productive maintenance program for my vehicles. I trust this location with all of my vehicle maintenence needs.

I made an appt to have a tire repaired or replaced because of a screw in it. Dropped it off the night before, then heard nothing from them the following day. I called around 3pm to see if it was ready and they said by 5. Arrived after 5 to find they removed the screw from the tire but werent able to repair it and it would be a couple days till they had a replacement tire and I still need to drive my car in the meantime to get to work. Needed more timeliness and communication. Definitely going elsewhere to get it replaced.

The waiting room was clean. The staff was professional but personable especially the gentleman that made my appointment. I received what was promised to me in a timely manner.

They take advantage of young people, assuming they can get away with charging over $1200 for work that’s not necessary. Luckily, I went elsewhere and passed inspection easily.

Desiree was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She sent the General Manager to the warehouse to get a new tire to replace a damaged one on my vehicle. Sullivan staff goes above and beyond to help customers. She didnt want me to drive with an unsafe donut spare on my car. More like a family atmosphere at the Salem location. Used Sullivan many times in the past. They take their time installing tires, so you dont have damaged/scratched wheels. Thank you.

Its been a great place to get work done, I always take my truck there and I call a few days ahead to make an appointment, and over the last few years it seems like things get done a little quicker than they used to.

Jeremy was very helpful. My cars tires needed attention and he helped me rule out any suspension issues, decide on the type of tire that would smooth out my ride with the necessary traction. Thanks.

I brought my truck here to swap some oem wheels from a newer model on. I didnt need tires yet. It was reasonably priced and completed within the timeframe I was quoted.

Love, Love, Love Sullivan tire... just purchased 4 new tires and had them mounted. Shopped several dealers only to compare prices. No matter if it was more, I would still have used Sullivan. I paid for the mounting as well as a front end alignment. After my car was finished the manager of the Salem NH dealership explained that after checking the alignment that my car DID NOT need the additional $100 alignment. You gotta be kidding......in this day an age and especially in the automotive industry to find an HONEST person that not only did not try and upsell me but actually has integrity, SHOCKING. He could have easily told me that they did the alignment and showed me the report how it was OK but they didnt. The manager took time to actually explain about the tires and manufacturer who made them as well as the services associated with the new tire purchase. The mechanic came out and said he looked at several areas and found everything looked good underneath. My car is a 1992 honda accord with 304,000 miles. The Salem NH store did an outstanding job and I will continue to use them...Thanks for a great customer service experience. Love, Love, Love SULLIVAN.

Fantastic experience! This was my first time at this shop and I showed with a punctured tire. They were super busy, but they still took my jeep in right away and were super nice and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Hands down the best service Ive had at any tire shop. Sean and Owen both were incredibly friendly and balanced a wheel/tire for me within 10 minutes of showing up, no appointment. Highly recommend.

This is my second visit for tires & I couldnt be happier with the service I received.I received honest details of all work needed as well as the cost. Shawn & Jason are very easy to talk with & explain things in terms I can understand. I will definitely be returning.

First rate organization. Sean Thompson gave me an accurate estimate that was kept to the penny. The work, front axle u-joints and ball joints one side was done on time and has a 2 year, 24 month warranty in writing. The price smoked Pep Boys and the local repair shop by over $500 dollars. Sullivan Tire for repairs is the best service and deal Ive found.

Had a new tire put on my wheel due to slow leak and cut in tire.... after I reinstalled it on my car, it leaked about 10lbs a day for several days... I jacked up my car, removed the wheel and found that the Valve stem had a good leak. They Did not Replace my original valve stem when they installed the new tire, even though that was part of the $25.99 Certified Tire Installation pricing I paid.... so I spent 3hrs doing getting it taken care of and taking time out of work.... this should have been done correctly the 1st time.This is the 3rd place I have had new tires installed in the last few years and Not one of them (this includes Pep Boys and Town Fair) has ever installed new valve stems even though they all charge for it up front. I really thought Sullivan was more professional and I would not have this issue... but guess I was wrong.... wasted half my day getting it repaired.... not very happy....thxI

Thank you for this morning. My tire light was on and I tried putting air in the tires but I just didnt get it right. I went to Sullivans and they helped me air and gauge the tires. I really appreciate your help.

Pro: They did the job correctly (replaced four tires with new ones) and the price was fair. Con: They took TEN hours to do it (initially they said 2-3 hours) and yes I had an appointment. Thats just beyond ridiculous for such a basic service...

Went to put 2 snow tires on, suggested the tires didnt go on the drivetrain against any logic(fwd). Then wanted to throw out my tires which have more than enough tread(official dealership checked as well as i personally checked after another 20000 miles put on them and theyre still green). This was such an obvious this guys from out of town lets talk him into buying tires i havent been back since.

This place is awesome. They do exactly what their motto says: Treat every customer as if theyre your own family member. Jason is the best. I was there with my 3 boys getting a tire replaced and he was very kind, he put on cartoons for my boys, he explained everything and took the time to listen and answer any questions I had (and other customers in the lobby as well) and was very fair and reasonably priced. The other workers I came in contact with were kind as well. Facility and bathroom were clean and even has a baby changing station. Woo hoo! Lol. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of some car care.

Coustomer service was excellent. Had maintenance service due and it seemed like a very busy day but my car was finished in good time. Also noticed all their mechanics in that store are all certified - was very conforting to know that - I had a master mechanic work on my car and didnt have to pay extra!.

Went into the shop on Saturday and made an appointment for today (Monday at noon) and explained that this was my lunch break. I was told that I would be in and out with an appointment. Well, after my car sat in the parking lot for a half hour, I asked how long this was going to take? I was told no less than 40 more minutes from the time they get it in, but it could be longer? This was for a routine oil change. Why set an appointment? They screwed up the last time with an appointment and I gave them a second go around. The last time I was in I paid over $500 for front brakes for a Chrysler and everyone I told responded the same way; robbery! So, today was my last visit and the local Chrysler dealership accommodated me 100% with an oil change. They also confirmed that $500 + was robbery. I called to speak with the manager Sean and was told he had stepped out, that was 3.5 hours ago. My advice; avoid this place. They really dont care about customer service!
