Bello came out on super short notice, took to time to explain what they were doing to troubleshoot the issue with my sump pump, left me with a backup plan until they could get the part, returned the very next day with the part, but ultimately discovered they didnt need it. They didnt charge me for the part they ordered and got the issue fixed, only charging me for a single service call. Super efficient and professional!

Called Bellos and he was able to come out that same day. Squeezed it into his schedule hoping it would be a quick fix. Took him just a few minutes to troubleshoot and determine the control box needed replaced. He was able to install the new control box and the well immediately started pumping and filling up the holding tank. Very knowledgeable, great service and fair price! Will use him again.

Rich is very knowledgeable and an incredibly nice guy! It was a Saturday night with no water flowing from my well. Nobody in town was available. Even though Rich was home with a cold and 1.5 hours away, he troubleshooted with me (a total stranger out of his service area) step by step over the phone. Without hesitation, he went over all possible scenarios and was able to narrow it down to one. He took away days of guessing work and now Im ready to tackle the issue head on.

I called because we werent getting any water pressure. We were sure that we had run our well dry and it was going to be super expensive. When I called to find out what was the first step down this scary road, i received some great advise to try. He (the owner?) was just getting ready to leave the office and wasnt going to be available for several days, and still offered to receive a picture of what we were looking at. His advise was so good that we only spent 10 minutes and had it all figured out! Thank you so much for the above and beyond great service!

My well pump went out on a Saturday morning. Richard was able to come out within a couple hours and diagnose the problem. He then gave me recommendations on different solutions, including how to fix it myself. I ended up going with him to do the pump upgrade/replacement and he was very upfront about costs and did a professional job. Water was restored on Tuesday and we are grateful.

Super nice guy, would recommend him to anyone. Was at our house fast when we were out of water pressure, he was there and had the problem fixed. He will be our first choice in any future needs we may have!!!

It was Saturday morning and we had no water. Typical for a major household problem. I called Bello and left a message. Almost immediately he called back. A little bit out of pocket over in Bend, we talked about the problem. He narrowed it down to the pressure switch. I went to the pump house and hit it with a wrench, waa lah it worked. I would rather fix it on the phone and have someone call back when they have a real problem.
