Just got my first order in the mail today. The quality was superb. The artwork looked really clean and the colors were true to form.I called and spoke with someone and they were very helpful walking me through the process.The had emailed my label because the acquired the company easy disc. We had regularly used easy disc for our pressing needs but they always left something to be desired in the customer service department.Atomic Disc really turned the corner in that area. Everyone was helpful, communication was clear and the product was good quality.Will be using these guys again in the future!

Atomic has done duplication for me in the past and they have been consistently great BUT this time I asked them to master the tracks for me. The mastering job they did was really impressive. The tracks flow from one to the next homogeneously, even when segueing from a ballad to a rock tune or vice versa, the parameters are all compatible and it is clear that it was done by someone with valuable ears. Highest praise for Atomic and their people.

I needed a quick turnaround on a larger job. I contacted Silver via chat and they told me the could get it done in 2-3 days - everywhere else was 10+ days. they communicated with me the whole time and made the impossible happen. They earned my repeat business. You can call any time and talk to a co-owner who will tell you exactly where your job is at. Great service.

They gave me 50 CDs with crookedly printed artwork and just thats totally normal. So basically they just 100$ from me because theres no way I can sell them.

Chris and his team worked hard, responded to issues, and in the end, did a fabulous job. I also like how accessible they are in these times.

First order and already having problems. 10% defect rate, and I was not impressed with the customer service.

Atomic Disc is awesome. I came to them with a mini-emergency with my bands record release night quickly approaching and a different company unable to provide the services as required and Atomic Disc totally delivered. Their customer service responded quickly, talked straight, and got to work. It was a small order but still the time they took to talk with me was really appreciated. I definitely felt like I was dealing with a real company that actually cared about my product, he graphics team did a great job translating my artwork, and my order actually arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. They really put my mind at ease and backed it up with quality work.

These guys do excellent work. Great looking CDs made very quickly, and their customer service is incredible. Very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Ill be working with them again.

Product wasnt printed correctly and arrived damaged. They apologized profusely and quickly shipped a replacement, but that also arrived incorrect and damaged. They were very nice, but I just dont have the time or money to give companies third chances.

The CDso look amazing and the customer service is awesome. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars today is because unfortunately their disks wont work in any CD players older than like the year 2005. That would have been nice to know before I ordered.
