I called and spoke with someone about removing abandoned boats on my property and was told there would be little to no fee and they would go after the owner. When I sent them the information they told me they would require a $5000.00 fee upfront. Very angry at the run around. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Car was towed from my appartment complex of my spot towing guy was cool no hard feelings its just a job but this company is scummy with there prices and how they operate.

They towed a friends car from our apartment complex, that HAD a parking pass on the dash, without any notice or warning. 3 employees were inside ignoring us, making us stand outside in 100+ degree weather for 15-20 mins until another driver came in for the appointment 5-10 mins late. Immediately threatened us about our attitude, just from us looking hot and tired from having to stand out in the sun. Asked for documentation for the car, and complained about our attitude again when we said all the documentation was inside the car where its suppose to be.(Although I will admit with how wed been treated so far, we definitely were finding it hard to not get more and more angry) Escorted us to the car for the documents, and we pointed out the parking pass. Half ignored it, half said it must have been improperly filled out. Then assured us that the apartment manager had a reimbursement program, and that wed still have to pay the fee there to get the illegally towed car back, but that wed for sure get reimbursed. Went to apartment manager to ask and they do not, nor have they ever had any sort of reimbursement program. This isnt just bad customer service, this is criminal behavior. They are illegally towing cars and lying about whatever they have to, to get money.

Super unprofessional!!First thing said to us when we walked up was “if you have an attitude like the lady before the fee gets higher.” Not one word was said and that’s the first thing said to us. The tall porky fellow began to give us useless information on what we specifically need to get the vehicle back. Porky and his little co worker friend began to laugh at us as we walked away to leave. 0/10 this place is awful!

These people towed my friends car for no reason. She parks in the SAME place very often in a clearly stated parking zone. Her car got towed, and now, she has to pay near $500 to get it out. Are you guys just bored? Didn’t get enough tows yesterday? Pathetic and unprofessional.

Charged a missed appointment fee for an appointment I didnt make, and the employees there were powerless to do anything about it, besides directing me to the website to file a complaint. But they were friendly, courteous, and as accommodating as they could be given their company policies, and overall, it was a much more pleasant experience than I expected to have with a parking enforcement company.

If I could, I would rate this place a -5 star. Horrible customer service inside and out. Everyone from the drivers to the call center are short and did not want to answer any questions about them towing vehicles or what we can do to prevent out car from being towed in the future. We were hung up on and could not even finish out question. I called back after my girlfriend tried to talk, and asked for the call center reps name and she replied this IS RETRIEVER TOWING. We are charged additional $50 to set up an appointment to talk to someone about there policy and were also charged $50 for being argumentative, as we were just trying to ask basic question. Sad company probably from the top down......

HORRIBLE, they are rats they will take all your money and mess up your car. They will tell you one amount and once you want to retrieve your car they will make up all these extra fees. Spineless and garbage people. If you have to don’t do any business with them at all they are rats. If I could give them no stars i definitely would.

Thieves. Illegally towed my car AND overcharged me intentionally. Made an appointment to pick my car up and they were over an hour late. These people deserve to be behind bars. Terrible company with even worse employees.

These guys are the biggest crooks I have ever seen they would go around my old complex between 1 & 3 in the am circling the parking lot on foot,looking through cars with a flash light for anything they could tow. They are predatory towing every damn day. The towed mine out of my own parking spot and charged me $500 to get it back in the am.

Parked in the wrong spot and they towed my car. Totally my fault, but very rood to deal with, they left grease finger prints all over the car, charged almost 4 bills for a 3 mile tow and picked up the next morning, wrote on the recite that the car was in very poor condition (Im guessing so they dont have to be responsible in case they put damage on car), but car is in great shape both body and paint. Stay fare away from this place and do business elsewhere please!!!

Do not use them. They over charge on towing. Employees are rude. Our kids car was illegally towed, there was no signs anywhere that said NO PARKING. We even had a parking pass in the window. Shifty company overall.

My mother lives in a low income complex run by the City of Salem. Her car was towed on 11/19/20. Per the City of Salem Retriever Towing is not to be towing vehicles from city property due to Covid -19. When I called Retriever towing on 11/23/20 they had record that the vehicle was on their lot and my mother needed to pay $475 to get it back.After the City of Salem called Retriever Towing they were told the vehicle was towed back to the complex the SAME DAY it was picked up. Come to find out the car was put in the wrong parking space which is why my elderly mother couldnt find it. If it was put in the right spot this whole situation would never have played out today. We wouldnt have even known it was towed.I then tried to call Retriever towing to ask why they still have record of the vehicle and a charge for $475 if the vehicle isnt even on the lot. A VERY rude woman put me on hold twice, for over 10 minutes each time. Because they are clearly screening my call I called from a blocked number, got the same rude woman who said you have the car back I dont know what the problem is and hung up.Called back AGAIN, and spoke to a very nice NEW employee who took my complaint and assured me that she would have a supervisor look into it.All I want is for the $475 to be removed and not one day end up in collections because they didnt clean up their office records, and shouldnt have towed the car in the first place.To the rude woman, all you had to do was listen to what I was trying to explain to you and accept that your office was in the wrong. That would have prevented me from calling your office so many times and your need to be rude.

My sister got towed and they did it without hooking it, my grandparents went to go pay, asked for a break down guy at the desk said he wont say, this is the worst company they kick you off if they dont like you and they dont even do things right, trust me when i say dont listen to others who reviewed this is 5 stars.

Aside from the fact that these guys are all ready profiteering off Ppl being in a bad situation, its alparent that the guy we dealt with must feed off the souls of small children or wayward nuns. Paid $390 for the release of my car. Got towed last night and made appointment at 10am to pick it up. This is price gouging at its best. State needs to start regulating this type of service. Filing a report with the State and the BBB.

Call as a lien holder dispach or reception super bad service i called on charges and all i got was f.. this f... that !! I told why the notice was send so late if the vehicle was inpound on the 15 the notice was send late to create more charges. No aswer they could not break down the charges but the bill was for over 1,000 dollars. They put me on hold for 45min with no aswer but rudeness. I told them i was going to report this to the BBB AND DMV and they still dint care completly rude i dont understand how they run a Business.

This business is sleezy. Saturday morning, 7 am, my employee stops at a freinds house to use bathroom. He inadvertently parks in a posted reserve spot. EMPTY lot on a Saturday morning. They tow his car......$350 later.......They wait in the shadows ready to screw you over and make revenue. Call a company with that has some courtesy and decency. Not this one.......

Kevin and Ben where amazing, treating me with both civility and humor. They where understanding and accommodating when my proof of insurance was out of date, giving me the chance to correct the mistake with out severe repercussions. Strangely, for my truck being towed it was a good experience.

Dasom was an excellent and friendly tow truck driver. Extremely skilled in manouvering in hard areas. Highly recommended !

Ive had to deal with this company 3 times in less than 10 months.. the reason I gave it 2 stars is because one.. location.its tucked away off of silverton kind of hidden.behind the coffee bus.. and 2 .when I was on the phone with employees all of these times the men were always easy to deal with the women for some reason were always rude..not that I was trying argue and people became agitated..but just from the beginning but I guess theyre Ina business thats constantly dealing with attitudes but still ..customer service.

Horrible service and even worse employees. They illegally impounded my mothers car. My mom found out when they were returning the car and admitted fault.

They post a sign on the road with just their address saying they’re holding a auction Friday. No time, no phone number, nothing, so I google their address and try to call to get information and their phone representative was so rude. Glad I dodged a bullet working with them. Don’t post a random sign with no information on it then be mad when I call asking for more information so I can go to it.
